Blackjack Pizza

This is usually our go to pizza place. Last year I had to leave a bad review after consistently getting really late deliveries. The owner made it right and we have yet to have a late pizza since. But after tonight I think we are done. I ordered a thin crust pizza. When delivered the toppings had slide completely off the pizza and was stuck to the box. Not to mention the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. When you order a thin crust you’d like it to be crispy. Not doughy and cold. Sigh. After this we have to move on to another business.

Pizza was quite tasty. We ordered the green Chile sauce and thin crust. It was amazing in terms of flavour. There is a lot of parking and the location is relatively clean. We had two bigger issues..first, the toppings were haphazard and horribly distributed amongst slices and we had paid extra for extra cheese and the pizza was skimping on cheese.. this was a 24.8 dollar pizza! Second, we ordered through the slice app and after receiving confirmation from blackjack went ahead to pickup the order..when we reached there the guy at the counter was pretty unwelcoming. We told him the pizza was already paid for and his reply was.. " I dont see it here though so it looks like it is not paid for" I eventually had to pull up the receipt from my email to prove it to him. Well if blackjack is partnering up with apps the payment and pickup should be seamless on the customers part.

I have been going to this Blackjack before they built new location since Elementary school. They were always the pizza of choice in the family household. I moved back in the area and was blown away at the quality and freshness of pizza for the price. I moved 15 mins away and tried another 2 closer Blackjacks and they dont stack up nor does any other pizza shack close to me. This Broomfield Blackjack is my one and only.
