Went inside for chicken dinner and stood in line for 10 minutes only to be told sorry they had no chicken REDICULACE will not go back we went across the street to LEE's chicken and was happy will go back whenever we want chicken now KFC in Brookvle Ohio is a complete disappointment everytime we try eating there for get it. 1 star is too much for Brookville KFC

The place was disgusting, the employees should be cleaning instead of standing at the counter on there phone. The bathrooms were awful, my granddaughter couldn't even sit in a high chair because it was so disgusting, when I complained to the manager all she said was thank you. Inappropriate....I hope we don't get food poison.

Waited almost 30 min in line, didn’t get a receipt, got home and the food was cold, brought it back for a refund and was told they can’t give one because of no receipt. This is a constant problem here, wrong food always cold, just ridiculous

Aside from missing extra cheese on an item ( will ask for cheese on side next time to ensure we get it) food was all accounted for and prepared as ordered. Friendly staff

The two front desk women were incredible, they followed up about all my vegan requests and were very polite and accommodating, give them both a raise!

The food was good, very surprised that they ran out of chicken breasts for their chicken sandwiches. Granted, it was after 8:30 pm, but still surprised.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I usually go to Englewood Taco Bell, but I was in Brookville and wanted Taco Bell. Boy was that a HUGE mistake that I will never make again! Next time I will just drive to Englewood. All I ordered was 1 Cantina taco and 1 drink! It took them nearly 10 minutes to figure out how to put soda into a cup! Then I get home to find my taco has 1 bite size chuck of chicken that is hard as a rock and tomatos that I asked not be put on it! Tomatoes I can pick off, whatever, but it is not worth eating when it literally only has 1 tiny bite of chicken that is rock hard! Then I try to call 3 times to tell them and of course nobody answers! And there is no obvious way to email or call cooperate! I highly recommend you drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Englewood!
