I walked in to order my food and two staff members looked at me and walked away. The lobby was unbelievably dirty. My feet stuck to the floor. I had to wipe my chair off before I could sit down. As someone who use to work in fast food I do not expect it to be perfect but this lobby does not appear to have been clean for awhile. I wonder what the kitchen looks like?

Ordered 2 Regular Roast Beef sandwiches. There was not enough meat between the two sandwiches to even make one whole sandwich.
I was basically eating a beef flavored bun.
So disappointing.
And not the first time it's happened at this location.......

Rushed to this location because it was the only thing open so late after I got off work pull up at 11:11pm and they tell me they are closed even though people are dining inside and online it says closes at 12am. Do better Arbys!

Absolutely dog food! Horrible service I waited forever to speak with the manager! I would love to speak with corporate for being served raw chicken! Burnt on the outside an raw in the middle! Disgrace as a fast food chain!

Used to go in here all the time, but the last few times we've gone in it was horrible. Staff is rude and lazy, food was incorrect and not fresh, and it just keeps getting worse.

I tried their smaller Slider sandwiches.Two off them filled me up.They were warm and tasty.

Asked for a number 6 buffalo chicken sandwich with mozzarella sticks but what I get was a normal chicken sandwich and a 4 piece mozz with no sauce. the food still tasted good and was fresh but its not what I ordered. Was the only one sitting in the drive through and had to wait for my food. Cant turn back because im on my lunch break. I just what I ordered not what they feel like making.

Place was absolutely horrible diversity sandwiches that we got were stale and the buns were I guess undercooked or underheated or left out I don't know how to really explain it and the roast beef had a really off putting taste but the place is very clean besides the trash was overflowing
