worst experience i’ve ever had at any restaurant. waited an hour and a half for our food. my chicken sandwich was completely raw. my mom and grandmother ordered cobb salads (mainly for the avocado), and got told they were “out of avocado” after they were served garden salads. we were only offered 25% off after we argued. just awful.

The food was good, hot, and was prepared exactly as we had hoped. But the best part of my review is about an employee. Ryan was our host and server. He also cleaned tables and was perfectly attentive. He was calm and seemed to handle all of the guests with the same attentiveness and courtesy. I hope the management realizes what a valuable employee they have in Ryan. Great job!

Did a mobile order which I showed up 30 mins later & that’s more than enough time for the food to be ready, yet I had to wait another 20 minutes there waiting, after they handle me my slam burger the lady asked me if I ordered something to drink which I did, like cmon you don’t check my order ? After I take my food and check it, look at the amount of potatoes they put on it, just ridiculous, this food isn’t free cmon, look the amount of bacon, insane, I’ll never come back here again

We stop for breakfast and I wish we didn't... The place was nearly empty and yet it took them 40 minutes to give us our food, eggs and pancakes took 40min. We couldn't wait any longer and ask for my food to be packed instead, my daughter's order was completely messed up, my hash browns were burnt and the rest of the food was gross and barely done properly. Staff is just not polite or professional... We spent $45 and 40 min with that money and time I would of have gone to a real restaurant had I known what an awful experience we were going to have

The wait at the podium is beyond ridiculous. There should be no reason on why someone should be waiting 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. I used to like eating here , but , over the years the menu has gotten smaller with mostly breakfast choices. The waitress was really good. She was on top of things and she was very friendly. The women's restrooms definitely need more attention. Un clean toilets with debris all over the stall floors. It's sad that over time , a nice family restaurant has become run down.
