We order subs here at least monthly at work. This is the second time we ordered with extra mayo and none on at least 1 sub. It wouldn't be a big deal but we don't have condiments available where we work. For almost $10 a sub it would be nice to have them done right. I will just not use the app to order or try elsewhere.

The sign for their app says "Jump the line!" We ordered ahead in the app, and my husband walked into an empty store to say, hey, I'm here for that online order. However, even with my husband standing in front of the counter waiting for our order, they kept taking walk in customers who came in after him, and leaving our order, instead of finishing our order first. It was 4 sandwiches, not a catering order.

The food was good. Although I was the only customer, the employee was very abrupt and rushed me. I hadn't been to a Subway in many years, so I wasn't familiar with everything. I think she thought I should know what I wanted when I arrived at the counter.
