Applebee's

The environment is nice, staff very friendly. We were passing by in the area and decided to give a try. Much better than a lot of franchises. They have a lot of specials late night. Quesadilla was very good. Chicken taco with wonton base was delicious! Cheese dip bland. Margarita and Bahamama were good. Pasta was ok. Chicken and shrimp was ok. Meat was good.

This is one of mine and my family’s favorite places to go. The kids always find something that appeals to their picky appetites. The holiday cocktails are a great price and are always delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We love the hostess Donna. She always remembers us and always has a smile for us and waitstaff is very attentive. We have never been disappointed.

Gave 3 stars because I have refused to visit Applebee's for years. Always was horrible food and service. This store did a good job. Food was good, hot and served quickly. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. We stopped here only because it was late and we had been on the road for 6 hours and were hungry. We will give them another shot sometime. We were very pleased.

I am changing my review because I gave it another shot and service was wonderful. I went with my family for dinner and the waitress, Sarah, was quick and efficient. She greeted us right away and it was a wonderful family dinner. I believe the hostess recognized me on the way in and might have remembered that I walked out the last time I was here. Well everything was great and the food was delicious. This is our local restaurant and I was very happy with their service during our dinner and will be back again. I know how reviews work and a one star can lower overall score. I also like changing my reviews when the business has earned a better score and Applebee's sure did. Thank you Previous Review: Very disappointed with today's experience. I came to have a nice meal with my daughter and we sat for 16 minutes and nobody approached our table once. Not even a pass by saying they will be right with me. Meanwhile others were seated after us and they were given drinks. On the way out I see 2 employees just chatting near the kitchen, there were many empty tables and yet we didn't even get a hello. Not a good experience and I've been here before. There is always a long wait for food but I am ok because I know it is busy but to not even get acknowledgement from anyone is unacceptable to me.

I have gone twice this month because my kids like it. First time my chicken was so tough and chewy. I didnt send it back I grabbed a box and threw it away. Last night my chicken was better but my rice was very uncooked. I sent it back to the kitchen and 4 minutes later I received a new plate with the same batch of rice. It was crunchy. I settled for a salad which was good. Not sure if they have new cooks but the food quality has really sloped down hill.
