THis place is amazing. Wonderful food and i love the atmosphere. Cozy and really nice staff. The beet salad was to die for I had them add grilled chicken and it was a great lunch salad.
Get their honey and goat cheese on pita. Wow.

Beautiful, quaint, historic building with friendly, super accommodating staff and owners. Feels like family when you go in there to eat and visit. Food is superb! Really delicious with great variety that changes up depending on the occasion.
Highly recommend if you’re in downtown Brooksville!

What a wonderfully enjoyable evening we had! Open mic Thursday, a lot of local talent entertaining with terrific head nodding toe tapping music. The food and service was alone excellent! Highly recommend!!!
The food here has always been amazing! I have only gone for lunch and loved the food and atmosphere every time!

Great place to hang out, eat and take in the down town history. Staff is very friendly and food is wonderful! Owners are so engaged with their customers!
Haven’t been here in awhile but glad we chose to eat brunch here. The Flat Bread Pizza and the Breakfast bowl were both very good! And I Love the casual, cozy environment. Can’t wait to pay a visit dinner!

Had a lovely Valentine dinner last night with my hubby. Love the building and the staff is so attentive and friendly. Food was amazing and presentation was spot on. It was our first dinner there but it will definitely not be our last!
Went here for an afternoon lunch last Friday. Had the 9 buck special du jour; a hand cut roasted turkey & brie w / dijon aioli, lettuce & tomato on a croissant. My choice of side was a cup of chicken n dumplings soup. Everything was very good. I like the old architecture of the dining room; a wide and long rectangular area w/ a very high early 1900s decorated ceiling held up by red brick walls that are adorned w/ artworks. There's also a bar opposite the main entrance beyond the dining room. A very nice place to take visitors from out of town. It has WiFi. Street parking & free City parking in the same block adjacent to Liberty Street.
Great old building, friendly staff, well kept restaurant and good food. I will go again.

I don't know how I have lived in Brooksville for 10 years and have never had the pleasure of dining here until yesterday! I love, love the decor, local art, local handmade merchandise and of course the food! I had the roasted veggie flat bread and it was divine, with enough leftover to eat for dinner at work last night. I indulged and purchased a extra large chocolate chunk cookie to enjoy after lunch. My only slight little complaint was the cookie was really hard, however after hitting some shops and leaving it in the car while running in and out, the car steamed it and made it just perfect!
Good food. Excellent staff! Cute place. Was a little disappointed to find they changed the menu and no longer have the hummus appetizer, wraps, and paninis. I went there specifically for something a vegan like me could eat. Was able to find a couple items I could eat and the chef gladly accommodated my requested variation. Hubbie had the meatloaf special and cauliflower soup and said it was good. Prices were reasonable.
We had Catherine and the Bistro cater the appetizers and bridal suite food for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park! Everything they make has great flavor and the presentation was awesome We look forward to going back whenever we're in Brooksville. Catherine and her team were a pleasure to work with!
So we visited tonight, probably one of the busiest nights in Brooksville. Understandably, there was a wait. But it was less than 10 minutes. We ended up taking 2 seats at the bar. The staff was GREAT, and even though they seemed short staffed and/or just super busy, kept smiling, and checking on us the entire time to see if we needed anything. Now to the food. To sum it up in one word, AMAZING!!! We had heard that their brick oven pizza was good, but let me tell you, it was SO good!!! Very flavorful and really good size. We also got the cowboy burger that was just as good. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!
Mushroom soup very good. Turkey salad large fresh. Sangria very tasty light not to sweet. Daughter in-law enjoyed her potato soup and chicken sandwich also. Waitress very nice and helpful. Restaurant cute and clean. Will differently go again.
1st time trying The Bistro. Hands down one of if not the best in the county. Beautiful decor, lightening fast service and best of all delicious food.

We went about 2:00 p.m. to this quaint little restaurant. It was excellent service, friendly and efficient. It's shabby chic and so cute. Prices And service were great. We'll definitely recommend. I need to try their wood fired pizza it looked fabulous. 🤩
In town to visit friends for the weekend and popped into this gem for what we thought would be a little snack. Little did I know what a great find was tucked into the side street. The fried greens tomatoes were seriously the best ever!! Fungi pizza absolutely delicious. Service was awesome, great prices, a must go to spot if you're in the area!
