Panera Bread

We called in an order for pick up. The girl who answered the phone was less than pleased that we were actually calling an order and not doing it online. But we are all super sick in our house, and I didn't have the focus to stare at a screen for 10 minutes. We got 3 bowls of chicken noodle soup. It came with a good chunk of bread. Both were super delicious. I don't usually like brothy type soups. I'm more into the thick soups. But I really love this stuff. It had lots of flavors. A bit skimpy on the chicken, but the carrots were a nice touch. They were soft. Even my picky mom loved it. Hubby got the chicken blt. It was delicious. It came with kettle chips. Bleh. The kitchen sink cookies were amazing. The food is great.

This is not about the cafe itself. Today (06/21/22) I ordered, through the app, the Signature Take Chicken sandwich and a Madagascar Vanilla Latte. The sandwich was delicious as was the latte. The only thing which I am aggravated about is the deliverer did not ring the doorbell nor did they knock on the door! If I hadn't looked at the app wondering where my food was, I would have never known it was outside my door. From now on, when I want an order, I am going to pick it up myself.

Y'all need to up your to go security fr. My wife and I ordered a large order for curbside pick up, we got there and waited for quite a while so I decided to go in and see what's up, turns out our order was stolen, the employees were nice about it and quickly remade it, but the management doesn't really seem to care that they make it so easy for food to get stolen, please do better.
