Pizza Hut

Should have looked at reviews before ordering. Ordered a pan pizza, and these photos make the pizza look good compared to what I got. I expect pan pizzas to have a crisp golden brown crusts. Which is the exact reason I ordered a pan pizza instead of a hand tossed. What I received was a floppy undercooked oil soaked pizza. I called and requested a refund, and was told I would have to drive to the store with my delivery order. In hindsight, I wish I would've. Instead, I requested a replacement pizza. These photos are of the replacement pizza. The original was slightly worse but both pies were simply gross. Getting back to back undercooked pizzas tells me that's how this place rolls, and I'm fine never ordering from them again.

I paid for delivery and the pizza guy was Too lazy to get out his car. He said my steps were covered with snow but that wasn’t true I plowed my yard and had just put snow down. And the food tasted old like it was just sitting there nothing was fresh. And I live around the corner from you guys so the pizza should have been hot and fresh

If it’s snowing forget about it, a male delivery driver wouldn’t even come to our doorstep even when plowed. The weird delivery lady keeps coming to my back door and the customer service is trash. We ordered naked boneless wings, I went to pick up the order, and asked for Buffalo dip on the side. They proceeded to try to charge me even though naked boneless wings are not reduced in price. They’re lucky to get two stars.

I spent $45 on dinner today and the food wasnt hot and they forgot my pop! I understand most places are short staffed but having just one person run a entire pizza place is freaking insane!!!!! I used to love ordering from this location but this is the second time they've messed my order up and I promise it will not be a third time!!!!

The worse and driest cheesy sticks you will ever eat. They should be ashamed of serving that. Also the older man who delivers doesn’t get out of the car and expects you to walk to his car…what kind of service is this when we had cleaned our walkway on purpose. Also he was being weird taking pictures of my home the next day.

Food was an hour and half late, they forgot to put mushrooms on my pizza and the food was cold..my pasta, my wings, my pizza was all cold and delivered extremely late. Terrible customer service, lady at the Biddulph plaza pizza hut hung up on me twice and was very rude and didn't know what was going on with my order.

I ordered 2 family pastas for our dinner, it was suppose to be 40-50 minute wait. It was over an hour. I pre-tipped and I only received 1 family pasta. Then when I called, I was told I could wait another hour, I pick it myself (my home has Covid right now), or I could take a future credit. Neither option satisfied my dinner problem. At first we chose credit, but then I got a family member to come pick it up for us. For the $51 I spent, this was completely unacceptable and I am not happy.
