Penn Station East Coast Subs

Very tasty subs - my favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak, with the Dagwood and Pizza sub close behind. Kinda pricey, so I usually only go there with a coupon. If you sign up for their email club, they send you coupons/deal notifications every few months, and really good coupons every few months. Delicious lemonade, too.

Called in my order ahead of time, the person who took my order on the phone was very pleasant, great manners! When I went to pick up the food it was a little busy but everyone was working and it was like they knew their customers, having little conversations it was a really nice atmosphere. Food was hot and delicious! Would absolutely come back!!!

The food is good, but the service today rubbed me the wrong way. One of the employees apparently had a reunion with an old friend which dominated my entire visit. The employee chose to stand by the cash register and yell about her child and its father while screaming profanities, repeatedly pulling her mask down without much regard to the space or people around her. This also meant that they were blocking lids and cups for myself or other customers. It's one thing to have a casual conversation with a friend you see at work, it's entirely another to start swearing and acting like you're not at work. I really couldn't care less about swearing in general, but keep it to yourself in your workplace. It sets a poor and unprofessional tone for your store, especially when nobody else does anything to stop it.
