This Polish store has a massive selection of pierogi, cold cuts and eastern European groceries. Lots of mustards, fruit jams, and pies. However, the service is subpar here. The cold cuts didn't look particularly fresh to be honest. The homemade pies were so so.
Upon entrance, the two women barely pulled their masks over their mouths, as they were both wearing theirs on chins; they left the nose out. They were in the middle of a back and forth conversation in Polish and did not acknowledge my presence as i entered the store. I had questions, so eventually one of them stopped interacting with her colleague and answered me. The other one didn't stop talking to her the entire time, which made it hard for me to ask questions. They need a crush course in customer service and hospitality before I would go back there again.

My review is for the zebra cake which was good and tasty (not so sweet) but the lady at the counter not the nicest :)

Best little deli around. Prices are much more reasonable.

With so much of Polish Greenpoint disappearing, Adam's is one of the remaining Polish meat markets worth visiting. Thick cut bacon, fresh fish on Fridays, fantastic butcher all around. If you're local to Greenpoint or just passing through on a weekend, this is a great spot for meats.

I called asking if they sell electronic cigarets and they hang up on me... I tried to call again and nothing, I’m sorry bro, I’m also not from this country, but you should be able to communicate!

Best homemade pierogi in all of Greenpoint. Also have fish, delicious cakes, and a wide selection of meat. This is as authentic as it gets. Extremely friendly staff.
