I’ve lived in Bayridge for about 35 years , Mr. Tang used to be a full sized dine in restaurant with a decent reputation . It’s been a tiny takeout place for awhile now , but the food was still good . I went there yesterday for Lomeign, Chowfun , and steamed pork dumplings for my 98 year old mom . Mama Rose hadn’t eaten Chinese food in many years , and she doesn’t have much teeth left , so I wanted her to enjoy some delicious, easy to chew noodles . The chicken chow fun had mostly lots of snow peas in it , and had an overwhelming aroma of peas. Both noodle dishes were excessively oily , and not flavorful and seasoned enough . Disappointing , I may never go back again .

Bland, bland , bland. Once upon a time Mr Tangs was a decent place- but fried rice with no soy sauce, no salt- Really? Rest of order was the same- no spice, no flavor, no seasoning at all. Too many other good options in this neighborhood.
