If I could post zero stars I would. The frozen food was freezer burned and tasted like it sat in a freezer for years. I paid $66.95 to ship. I ordered an item that was out of stock and did not get credited for the item. I sent an email requesting a refund we will see how that goes. Get your Kosher goods elsewhere!!!

Hi, All at AviGlat - I need to Thank You for shipping the BEST parts of my order. It’s actually perfect! You so helped make my Pesach wonderful. The grocery stores around here ordered so poorly this year. Would you believe there were NONE of the items you sent me available here? TERRIBLE company to deal with! Website said no shipments rill the first of march. placed the order on the 14th with overnight shipping and paid $66.95 to ship it. went to check the status and before I logged in now it says any orders placed after the 12th will not arrive in time for passover. I called. got transfered to on line support. she answered and said call back between 8 and 4 tomorrow. I said ok i will just arbitrate with the credit card company. she asked my order number and said it shipped but if you are going to arbitrate we will have ups return it to us. I replied with if it shows up in time i will not arbitrate. she then told me they didn't have to items and i replied with great communication, maybe if you emailed I would have substituted. we didnt charge you for those items so no big deal. the WORST attitude a support person could have. Used them every year but this is it!

I will never do business with this company again! I ordered 4 products and only received 3. When I contacted the company I was told that they were out of stock on the missing item (which btw, is still not reflected on their website!). However, they never contacted me beforehand to give me the opportunity to cancel or change the order due to the missing item, never sent an updated receipt, and still charged me the same amount in shipping. When I expressed this to someone in charge, all she did was argue with me and refused to compensate me at all. I took a leap of faith and tried to support a small business outside of using Amazon. What a mistake!

We ordered Streits Spelt Matza (through Walmart) for the Passover holiday. They came when promised and we received several email updates as to delivery. The individual boxes of matzos were packaged so well in layers of big (fun) bubble wrap. The matzos tasted so fresh as though they were just baked. We definitely got a fresh batch.
