Very good sushi spot, steps from the train. It's small space lends to the intimate ambiance. I've been here numerous times and have had the sushi. Ask for the daily specials, there's usually stuff that is in season that's not on the menu. My favorites: scallop sashimi, eel over rice (hot entree), and the rolls. They have a great deal on the specialty rolls, buy one get second 50% off price shown. I also recommend the Gyoza (pork) but skip the shrimp shumai. The fried Ice Cream dessert is always fun and delicious. Try the vanilla or green tea versions.

My go to here is the eel avocado sushi. I promise, you will not be disappointed. They also make their sushi in such a neat way, that it just makes it that much more enjoyable. I always get delivery or take-out from here.
I will say this though, on veryyyy rare occasions the food sometimes doesn't taste as good. But I think that goes for every restaurant because you cannot get the same quality food each and every time.

A little place with LOTS of tasty options! This area of Bensonhurst has way too many sushi options and we've tried them all. Ichi Sushi is by far the best in freshness, options and friendly staff! Price is great as well! Will be back very soon!

This used to be a nice cozy place with fine food. Not sure what had happened, but just yesterday we went there and even though I noticed that a soup plate was not very clean, I decided not to bring this up to their attention. My friend took a clean plate and i figured i can just eat the other half from main soup plate. We ordered quite a lot, and the food was tasty... Sushi rolls crumbled little bit, but that was not such a big deal. Part of the order was from fresh fish, part from cooked food... Service was ok... But my friend felt sick same evening running to the bathroom, and i felt it next day in the morning (today)... Nausea and overall sence of tiredness - same symptoms, both of us... I doubt we will come again... No one wants to waste time on lawsuits, but folks, be cautious not to get sick if you choose to eat at this place... You really have to do everything right (chef and everyone on his team) to avoid getting customers sick when it comes to cooking sushi.

Pretty decent sushi for a very cheap price. Rolls are generally around $2.75 - $3.00 and I always find myself wanting more. I haven't dined in, only have done take out.

Great service, good food for the price (lunch special prices), and the aesthetic is wonderful.

Haven't eaten here since 2005. Used to be really good. Was in the neighborhood today. 1octopus roll, 1 spicy tuna and 1 salmon roll. Drenched in mayo, tiny pieces put together poorly. Had it an hour ago.can't get the taste out of my mouth.

Nice place, decent food, strong AC. Comfortable place for a quick meal.
Many options on the menu similar to restaurants in the area, but none of them with brown rice.
Ingredients are fresh and the price is decent. Right by the subway station so it's easy to meet up with friends.
