China Pagoda

Customer service was just awful and they don't allow dine in. The cashier seemed so easily irritable at any question I would ask and fails to understand simple phrases like "green tea" (which they also don't have), so I had to ask in Mandarin which seemed to further agitate her. When asked if there was anyone who could speak English, she got super petty. The place does not accept card as well and fails to post a sign on the door about it. Also, none of the staff seem remotely Muslim which raises eyebrows on how Halal they are, and no certification was posted either. I did read the reviews about the pork but there does not seem to be any pork on their menu, the staff also confirmed no pork is sold here. They should seriously rename to Pagoda Carry-Out, this place is not fit to be addressed as a restaurant, especially when so many places have resumed indoor dining.

I don’t know what happened to this place… first off like many others stated the girl at the counter was extremely rude. I ordered vegetable fried rice but received unseasoned yellow rice (last I check that’s not fried rice?) huge chunks of vegetables that were not cooked in with the rice at all. I’ve never had Chinese take away that needed salt but this was terrible. I also ordered wonton soup which was decent but will never go again. I only came here because David’s Garden closed tragically after COVID

Fake Plastic Rice. China Pagoda is serving fake Chinese plastic rice. This is illegal and a horror to human heath. Trust me. I only eat rice. I cook rice and I know rice. Test=Put rice in the fridge. When chilled, heat it in microwave for 4 minutes. After that what will come out will be hard plastic.

I called and asked if they deliver the lady that works there had a really bad attitude and said no. I later then asked her if they do post mates and she hung up on me. After the the third time of trying to call back and I asked her why she hung up on me, she started to yell. Awful, never coming back.
