Oak Room Restaurant & Supperl Club

Such an interesting venue. Like a trip back in time. The event we went to wasnt great but the venue seemed very eclectic/ borderline tacky. But it was still unique. So many places like this have certainly been torn down so I appreciate the respect for preservation however i think it could he nicer and more tastefully done. The place could also just be cleaner.

It was a beautiful venue , we went to a Halloween party there that took up 4 floors and every room. Absolutely amazing. The staff was also amazing. Thank you house of yes she Chauncey D and burning man for such amazing music and production . I can only imagine how nice a wedding would be in this place . But transformed into a night club for the evening was magic

The Event attended was City Of God's Halloween Masquerade Ball with 4 floors of dance halls and a Grand Ballroom which was a sight to see with Victorian styled motif throughout the building, with a interesting mix of music & exceptional DJ's & a live band playing in 7 different zones throughout the venue each with it's individual feel & flair it's hand's down the best Event I have seen to date! The costumes were amazing people went the extra mile for this event it was very impressive to behold! It was simply awesome!

Went to the City of gods halloween party last night and it was the best party i have ever been too. The venue was amazing and the lay out of the place is even more awesome. The only reason i did not give a 5 star rating is because the ceiling was leaking everywhere i went... bathroom, where the food was and all over.

BEER GARDEN were words combined often in old New York, before so much work became digital and abstract. BGs attracted shop clerks and long shore men and builders with plain appetites for hearty food and beer.
