I have nothing to say about the food quality coz all materials were sent from the central factory; I really want to complain the worse services at this location, I don’t see any customers were welcomed, the staffs used to show their poker faces and speaks rudely; the order mostly wrong and especially the drink always was cut off: I paid the whipped cream for my drinks but even showed them the receipt from app, they still tried their best to argue for it. Questions here: 1. Is this D& D cheating customers? For example, around $0.50 for the whipped cream for each order, how many orders got cutting off the cream and how much money they earned in a day? 2. If the online order terminal has problems - can’t print the completed order in this location, should you guys fix it? 3. Will the staffs learn how to service the customers? Same food prices as Starburst but worse services.

I stopped here a couple of times in the morning around 11am and it took forever to order and to get my order. Probably they don’t have enough workers, so I don’t blame them because they need to process in person orders, mobile orders and pickup orders. Waiting so long for a coffee break waste the break

Let's start by saying that they do have enough staff it's just they hide in the back and leave one person in the front... you start by ordering your stuff and then you wait over 20 minutes to get your order then all of a sudden you see more staff coming out in the front to help like you should have came out from the beginning and helped this one person and you won't have over 5 customers complaining and waiting over a half-hour for one coffee

Looks like I won’t come here again because this is the 2nd time I leave after 20-25 minutes for an order . Always have 1 or 2 staff members taking all the orders which takes forever then after the long wait getting my order wrong and more time to correct the order . If I’m paying 5 dollars or more for a drink I should get it made right
