There were queues when we got there around 5. I tried vegan ramen and it was soooo good! I was totally blown away. I'd never imagined ramen would be so good. Vegan ramen is as delicious as non vegan menus are. Vegan kyojas were so good too. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone craving warm noodles.

Mmmm delicious and authentic ramen! Love the restaurant and bar style seating. Came right in between rush hour so was seated quickly in an empty space. Their vegan menu is a blessing and I ended up trying their special seasonal menu item: Vegan Curry. I got a regular egg but next time curious to try the vegan egg. Also wanting to try the noodles very soft as these are a bit chewy. I got the medium rekka and atsuage options. A plus for all the freshness in a bowl! It started to get packed and busy within minutes and the wait time was still quick for our food. I love their skinny chopsticks here. The condiments of sesame oil and soy sauce is great, it’s just everything you need :)

This ramen shop is so amazing and pleasant. It’s pretty casual and the service is very fast. You can come here at lunch or dinner, and the food is sensational. The only downside is that they do not offer change when paying with cash. But personally, this doesn’t make this place any less attractive.

Pretty decent ramen stop, got the Negi-Goma ramen. It was delicately seasoned and had a good mouth-feel, the green onions definitely brightened the dish up. Would recommend for a casual dinner ✌️

The ramen is real, not just in looks consistent with the Japanese chain from Fukuoka, but in taste. Don't miss the gyoza on the menu (friend dumplings), They don't shine away from ginger than makes the whole difference. The only reason I don't give a five-star is the letter-grade B as of October'23. Park Slope deserves Ramen DANBO and deserves a healthy ramen shop, and please work on restaurant hygiene. Tip: There's no reservation but you can waitlist.

Staff is really efficient and nice both times I've here so far! Another Japanese ramen chain, it reminded me of Ichi-ran however this is more affordable and there are more options for what to order. This includes rice bowls and gyoza. Moreover, the ramen and rice bowls all have vegan variations! Lastly the space is a bit on the smaller side and will get crowded easily depending on the day of the week and time of day.

I got the spicy sesame ramen with firm noodles. Though I am most certainly a QQ/Al dente noodle enjoyer, this noodle variety was too undercooked for me. I would suggest that you get the regular noodle firmness option. The amount of sesame in my soup was a bit ridiculous as you can see, though the broth was delicious nonetheless. Pork was dry. Ultimately, the broth is thick enough and this establishment iconic enough to still get 4 solid stars. Good price point for the area.

Authentic Japanese Ramen Shop located in Brooklyn! The broth is flavorful, Chashu (braised pork belly) is tender, and their soft boiled eggs are just right. I got their Classic Ramen adding in the eggs, nori, kikurage, and karashi takana, and the flavors all come together wonderfully! PRO TIP: Don't eat all of the toppings and stock as they sell an additional 1/2 or full orders of noodles for $1/$2; the perfect way to extend your culinary pleasure!

it’s a very comfy atmosphere, you can also come solo and sit at the bar! The ramen is oh so good i fell in love with the tomato ramen (vegan). They also offer extra ramen if you have broth leftover which was very nice! The service is also very nice and quick. I left my glasses my first visit here and they were nice enough to put it to the side for me :) Anyway, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY THE TOMATO RAMEN, vegan or not, but since i’m muslim i opted for the vegan option. The regular menu is all ramen with pork broth, and the vegan menu is all the same ramen but with vegan friendly ingredients.

Vegan miso rekka ramen at the counter during a weekday was perfection! I recommend adding the pickled veg. Vegan pan fried gyoza was light and flavorful. Beautiful interior. Wifi is spotty, so a paper menu was offered. Lots of vegan options. I’ll be back!
