One of my local favorite pastry and bread shop in Brooklyn. The croissants, muffins and tarts are lovingly made with nice crusts, and their breads are wholesome and super-fresh. An added bonus at this location: look right into their bakery and see how it’s done. Their coffee is delicious, too!

Very friendly staff and great selection of pastries. Always come here for these delicious teddy bears. They also have a decent amount of coffee beans you can buy to takeaway.

Amazing pastries. We got an apricot crossant that we shared with the family. It was so fresh! and the flaky layers and the sweet and tasty apricot jelly was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. I'm sure to revisit Colson again.🥐
