Had a date night with hubby and this truly is a perfect place for a romantic and just a pleasant place to enjoy each others company. The staff was meticulous with their service and attentive to our needs. We ordered a quinoa beet salad, BBQ cauliflower, fish tacos as appetizers and each dish was not just beautiful in presentation but delicious with rich flavors. For mains we had the spinach/cheese Ravioli and a Mediterranean Bronzino which I personally could not have asked for more. The Bronzino was so perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection and the flavors could be tasted in the meat of the fish not just the crispy skin. A def must have when you come here. My new go to location for the perfect date.

Heard a lot of rave reviews about this kosher dairy place and after ordering food from them twice, have to agree that all of these reviews were on point. Both orders were delivery but everything we ordered was cooked fast, packed extremely carefully and all dishes arrived piping hot and tasting incredibly fresh and delicious. Portions are big enough to share, food is full of flavor, seasoned superbly and obviously made from premium quality ingredients. Mushroom & Cheese stuffed baked potato is definitely 1 of the ultimate comfort foods for many and The Bay Cafe’s version was a true perfection with lots of yummy melted cheese, great tasting mushrooms mixed in with scooped potatoes insides. 10 out of 10 for sure! Beets & Quinoa salad was an excellent combo of different fresh veggies, nuts, fruits and feta cheese, resulting in a fabulous mix of sweet and savory plus adding a raspberry vinaigrette as a dressing brought it all to a very satisfying explosion of flavor. Definitely a Must Get Salad! Another 10 out of 10. Lastly we got Maryland style Crab Cakes, made with imitation crab meat but it didn’t diminish the taste at all. This dish comes with 2 large pieces of Crab Cakes, served on a bed of fresh arugula and lots of cherry tomatoes with a side of delectable homemade tartar sauce. Crab Cakes were crunchy outside, juicy and tender inside, had a unique taste and was truly amazing. All in all-very satisfying experience, would love to try more dishes from their vast menu and dine there in person.

A few weeks back, my family and I stopped by to celebrate an event. First off, the place was nicely decorated, clean, and welcoming. The service was top-notch, and the food was well-presented, a rare find in Kosher restaurants. However, some dishes were a bit bland, looking good but lacking flavor (like the chef forgot the simple salt or pepper). Despite this, I'll definitely give this place a second chance in the near future. I'd rate it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Had an amazing experience at Bay Cafe The fish was a culinary delight from the first bite. The mozzarella sticks were the best I ever tasted, Save room for dessert it was delicious. The ambiance is beautiful as well. Can’t wait to eat here again.

Family dinner here on Sunday was excellent! The staff is super courteous , professional and accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is done with superior service. The food was amazing 👏!! I had fish and chips and it was one of the tastiest, deliciously fried, crispy fish & chips I've ever had! The pizza is also excellent here! Also, all their drinks and smoothies taste great. Thank you guys so much and we look forward to coming again soon

Delicious dinner with the family at the bay cafe. The Serivce is excellent and the food is amazing. We had fish tacos and chili and chips for appetisers that were super fresh and tasty. Mains were excellent and the desert was to die for. We had bananas foster which they made table side and churos with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces.

There really is only one word to describe our experience at the Bay Cafe and it is Awesome. From the moment we entered to the moment we left everything was perfect. We were there with friends and we ordered various dishes and everything was delicious and fresh. The food in the restaurant is important but so is the service and the staff was fabulous coming around often checking if everything is okay making sure our glasses were full. We got excellent value for our money so put the Bay Cafe on your list.

Went here on a first date and apparently there was a sheva brachos and they thought we were the chosson and kalla 😜😁. Was hilarious! Unbelievable chocolate desserts and ice coffee! Strongly recommend!!!

The ambiance is very pleasant. The food is excellent and nicely presented. The staff from the front door on in was warm, caring and attentive. They seemed genuinely concerned that everything was perfect. All in all a great experience. Can't wait to go back for more.

I heard a lot of hype about this place so I went to check it out for myself. Here’s a breakdown of what we ordered: Mushroom gnocchi - it was absolutely delicious! Seriously so fresh and tasty, and I can honestly say it was one of the best gnocchi I ever had! Halloumi salad - it was basic, nothing special. Lasagna Frittas: this was different and yummy. It came with an Alfredo dipping sauce which elevated it even further and made it heavenly. Fish tacos - they were ok, the fish had a good crunch but otherwise it was dry. I dipped it into the Alfredo sauce from the frittas and it tasted good like that. The interior is a bit outdated but overall it’s a nice ambience and they have good service. This is by no means a gourmet restaurant, yet everything is very nice and classy. Beautiful presentation. Attentive service. Quiet yet popular on a Thursday night. They have a really nice outdoor seating area! Would be a great place for a first date or to bring friends/family who don’t often frequent Kosher establishments. I split the “crab cakes” and the mozzarella sticks with a friend. Crab cakes were a little lackluster (more vegetables than “crab”) but the mozzarella sticks were yummy. Crab cakes made up for it with a surprise salad which was tasty. My friend ordered fish and felt it was very fresh. A cozy place to chill with friends!

I could eat here everyday and sometimes I do! Honestly the best spot on all of Emmons and best kosher spot in Brooklyn. Yes, honestly. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, and the food is incredible. The prices are 100% fair for the quality of the food you get. Everything is fresh and packed with flavor. I always get the mushroom crusted sea bass with mashed potatoes and rice and also the mushroom ravioli. At this point I’ve probably tried about everything on the menu and it’s insane how very menu item is insanely good! I rave about bay cafe to everyone I know. Must try!

Ordered the buy one get one free pizza on uber eats for $22. The pizza was a 12 inch pizza, felt more like a "personal-pie" . I am leaving this review primarily because I asked for garlic seasoning and received it with a note written on the box, thanking me for ordering from them. This human touch, was what prompted this review. The pizza was 5.5/10, simple and clean tasting, the packaging was wrapped with tape to make tampering harder and overall, I would order from this place if I looked for Kosher food, but if one does not care for the premium kosher price, then, one should not order from here and order at cheaper, less natural , more oily-tasty places that do not adhere to kosher standards. I also like how the place replies to reviews at a higher intellectual level than most places and does not give generic responses to fake public relations.
