Outstanding staff and service!! I always come in after or in between classes and every time i am impressed by the fast pace and hardworking staff.
Today, I went in, on a rainy day, to order a hot caramel macchiato and was greeted with a warm welcome from Yousif. He asked about my day and held a friendly conversation while he made me the best caramel macchiato i’ve ever had!!

Starbuck service has improved since I assume newer employees improved their personnels, assuming they took my word to give me better service, like my drinks are quicker than usual, on Saturday morning, where my last Saturday visit before pandemic March 7, 2020, I waited 10 minutes for my order.

The vibes are always there. From the music to the employees. Most times I got there during rush hour. In order to not miss my cut off time for out lunch I have to order ahead because it's usually so busy. However employees are cool but they just need more staff because it can get pretty crowded.

My go to Starbucks location to grab coffee before I head to work. The employees are always very sweet despite always being super busy with the work and NYU school crowd. I suggest mobile ordering to avoid the lines. Thanks for everything guys!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. It's always very busy, so I'd suggest ordering online before you arrive. Tables and chairs are outdoors, so you can sip your coffee and people-watch if you have the time.

The people here do a great job. Located right around the Brooklyn Courts and Brooklyn DAs office this spot is always busy. The amount of customers coming to this location never seems to stop. Despite all that the staff manage the flow. I never have to wait to long to get my order and my order never seems to be incorrect. The teamwork at this location is spot on. The flow is smooth and the work is proper. So I tip my hat to them for always performing at 110%.
