Starbucks

I love Starbucks! Their coffee is special and unique in flavor. I make coffee at home but save some time during the week to visit this neighborhood Starbucks in Greenpoint. Sunday after Church is always a good time. I love along with the regular brew is the LATTE Excellent and very satisfying and once in awhile only a coffee MOCHA will do!

I have gone here twice to purchase gift cards, once today and once a few months back. Staff was very helpful in making these transactions, as convoluted as mine was. My first purchase required a movement of money from one gift card to another and then adding money on to the second card. The staff member was very helpful in fulfilling my request. This was also around Christmas and they had very cute cards. I went there today to purchase a gift card and Anthony helped me throughout my transaction. Although there was an issue printing out my receipt in the initial cash register, his swiftness in changing to another machine to print out my receipt was seamless, where I only realized that an issue occurred after the fact.

I'm visiting from out of town and I love Starbucks. Looked up the nearest one and I couldn't have picked a better store. I was greeted with one of the most friendly and incredible Starbucks employees I had ever met in my life. I had a great conversation with her, she was so genuine and gave me one of the best moments of my entire trip here! I've never been given such amazing customer service before in my life, Alexa made my time at Starbucks today an experience. You do not want to lose her, Starbucks.
