Fresh! Prices aren't horrible, and high quality all around. Delicious salmon lunches for under 10. Should've kept that one to myself! Try em out, you won't be let down:)

Today was my first visit to Seatide Gourmet. The deliciousness of the Salmon Oreganata from the freshly prepared section compelled me to wish that I'd visited much much sooner. The store is well stocked with gourmet goodies, from seasonings to sauces etc. I'm looking forward to my next visit

Branzini was filleted perfectly, not a trace of a bone. Price was very good as well. They have a large selection of fish, shellfish, scallops octopus etc, little sushi bar and some other warm food.

LOTS of fresh seafood, both common (salmon, shrimp) and unique (🦞 🐙 🦑, etc.), as well as prepared foods made using their own fish! The workers really are very nice people who care about their customers.
In addition, very reasonable prices that rival Costco and other supermarkets make this spot a BANGER. but BEWARE when buying the ready foods, make sure to dump out the liquid b/c they charge by weight and liquid will drive the price up exponentially!!
