Fuki Sushi Japanese Restaurant

I usually order off of Seamless for this restaurant. I've never dined in, so my review will be mostly about their take out food. It's good! I normally just order the three roll lunch special (under ten dollars). Food is fresh, rolls are nicely composed, and tasty. Their rock shrimp is delicious. Nice and crispy with a nice sauce on the side. The bentos are packed well and the tempura, by the time they delivered, aren't a soggy mess. There's not much to complain -- the food is just what I expect from a Japanese restaurant in Bensonhurst.

The food was good. I didn’t eat any of the raw stuff since I can’t swallow it but the cooked fish and the potatoe sushi was good. In the comments you see people commenting why credit cards can’t be used on all you can eat. Well it’s because people can cancel their card or report the charges and usually the all you can eat if the most expensive.

Fuki Sushi is a great restaurant. Period. The staff are extremely good at making you feel welcome and your needs are met. They are prompt, they are fresh, and they are delicious. They deliver on every promise made. The fish is superb and all the food is made perfectly. I have been several times taking them up on their all you can eat. And I order delivery from them from time to time. Never had a bad meal.

Probably one of the last sushi spots you could get good tasting sushi for cheap. I mean their salmon isn't super buttery but for $3 it's hard to nitpick at that. They have quite a variety of rolls which is great. This is also one of the places where they don't give you chopped up salmon in your salmon roll

I've been back a few times now, and while the service can be inconsistent, I've never had a problem worth the qualify of the sushi, even doing all you can eat. I appreciate the variety of items they offset on the ayce menu, and that they don't overload their rolls and nigiri sushi with rice. Know before you go: AYCE orders are cash only (I have no idea why).
