Went there last night for the first time.
They have a great selection.
I got a very thick peanut butter milkshake and it was excellent. But the calories are another thing so I’ll not make it a habit of coming here too often. 5/5 stars.

I love Cold Stone and was surprised they had one here at the Atlantic Terminal. I'm pretty sure they've been here for a while and I just didn't notice.
Great different flavors of ice cream, different blends and styles. The customer service is always good, never had any issues either. Prices are a little steep for ice cream but it's to be expected with how expensive everything is nowadays. But if you're a fan of ice cream and Cold Stone's definitely hit them up if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

I would like to say that the service provided by the staff here is exceptional! I usually don’t go in very often but the host Kyle remembered not just my name but my order as well! (Which by the way he helped me decide on, his love for the brand is genuine so he’s truly able to make expert recommendations) I’ve grown to love just the experience of being in the store so much that it’s now my happy place. Last week my co workers went in to get ice cream after hearing me rave about the service and they told me how helpful Kyle was to them as they were so indecisive with all the amazing choices. They told me he was not only patient and helpful but most importantly very knowledgeable about all the flavors and so descriptive about the tastes, that it made it easy for them to decide. This young man is a great asset to your company.

It is like Ice-cream Heaven.

BEST COLDSTONE EVER! The workers are so nice and my Milkshake was creamy and amazing! Kyle, Kevin and Alex are so quick and they really know how to do their jobs. Definitely get the Cake Batter Milkshake.

Best place ever!! Coffee lover's only... my favorite!! Staff are all friendly and polite! Line can be a bit long on occasion, but that's due to the fact the ice cream is so delicious! Keep up the good work guys, and thank you! I would definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely love this spot, great ice creams and toppings from all choosing, however they have been slowly declining & lacking in customer & staff care.
My biggest issue is there is no gloves! I went there the other day ask for a sample and I kid you not her fingernail got a scoop as well. Of course I didn't take that flavor and watch her like a hawk with what I actually wanted. Now everytime I go there I'm on the lookout. There are a few workers there that know my order and get it right everytime but whenever I go back it's a new face with no drive.
