Four stars because the bagels are really good and I never want to rate a small business low, but y'all need to figure out what's going on with your staff. When they get my order right it's great, but these days they get it wrong about 1 out of 5 times, even when I'm there during a slow time. I was just the only one in the store and they managed to get a garlic bagel with cream cheese wrong, how? Edit: Once again walked out of here with a bagel that is untoasted (a sin) for no apparent reason. Get it together guys! I want to love you!

Today, I ordered roast beef on a bagel with honey mustard nothing else. The server asked me several times what else I wanted on the bagel and I said nothing just roast beef, no cheese, no tomatoes, just roast beef on a bagel. I got he bagel with roast beef, lettuce, sprouts, cheese and tomato. The owner came over and said the staff person was new which I appreciated. I liked that the owner stood up for the worker. I like their bagels which have always been fresh when I buy them. Their hazelnut coffee is excellent. Yes, its hectic at times. It's a bagel store in New York City its part of the vibe. Several people mentioned they are expensive which is not my experience. I think the prices are reasonable for what you get. We are in an inflationary period and several other places in the area are much more money.

VERY good bagels. We had bacon egg and cheeses which I forgot to take pictures of because we devoured them. Pumpernickel bagel and everything bagel were spot on. My friend had the Cortelyou Road wrap which was also delicious. Hazelnut iced coffee was tasty. It was fast and efficient inside to order and everything was socially distanced and compliant with COVID guidelines.
