Bati Ethiopian Kitchen - Brooklyn - Photo album

Walked in for dinner on a Wednesday night (6pm) and was seated right away. Food was delicious, would highly recommend! Loved the restaurant vibes, it felt intimate. Staff was friendly and provided great recommendations.
Must try place for delicious Ethiopian food. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I couldn't decide on one dish so I got the sharing platter. All of it was great! Especially the doro wot. Must get a healthy portion of injera to eat all of the delicious food. Will come back
I don’t know what Daniel was smoking when he posted his review, because THIS place is a VIBE. Super chic interior in a vibrant atmosphere. We were greeted warmly by a familial, welcoming staff and seated immediately. Server suggested spot on recommendations. Food and cocktails (strong) were fantasti
Friendly service and a cozy interior. The food was deliciously spiced and the lamb was really nice quality meat. Will be returning!
I’m not sure what part of Bati I like most, because there’s a lot. On my block, the most lovely people, food that is so good on the stomach, drinks that make you feel less guilty for drinking. We’re so happy that you are here. If you want a special night out or just a couple drinks and bites with an
We had an enjoyable meal at bati Ethiopian kitchen. We really loved the spicy crispy injera bread, the stewed chicken, the beef stew, the lamb stew and all of the vegan dishes. I love how dramatic the combination platter looks! I enjoyed the Ethiopian beer I had, It was very light and refreshing.
Bati offers a lesson for those seeking. We ordered our vegetarian platter for 2. It arrived and we thanked the lord for this blessing. Along the way, one of our brethren, the injera, rolled off the plate onto the table. It’s fate was sealed. Confiscated and never replaced. But it is within this fic
Super friendly staff. We enjoyed sitting outside but the inside looked nice as well. We shared the Doro Wett with lentils and greens. The chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious. Wish there had been more. A lot of it was soaked up by the injera it was served on. I would ask for it to be serv
Amazing meal in a cozy space. The service was attentive and the meal was absolutely delicious. Great for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike!
I'm usually not a fan of Ethiopian food but Bati has 1000% changed my mind! The food and drinks were delicious yet affordable! The owner was there and was extremely sweet as well. The space is great to meet up with friends or a first date. 10/10 recommend eating here!!!
Delicious food, amazing cocktails and friendly folks! My out of town family and friends loved it!
The rosemary tibs were savory and tender and the veggie platter was delicious. The injera was authentic and the service was phenomenal! The berbere highball is truly innovative!
Delicious! Lovely atmosphere and very good food. Great options for both carnivores and vegetarians. Yummy cocktails too! My husband and I will definitely go here again.
I have gone here more than a dozen times, And I have to say it is the best, and I MEAN the best ethiopian food in brooklyn. The owner and the chef are really nice, and I have got to know them over the past times I went to eat at Bati. They are always happy to have there customers come back, and some
Food was good but portion sizes were small in comparison to other Ethiopian restaurants I've been to. Server was nice, the food and bill took a while but I think it may just be that they were understaffed on a moderately busy afternoon. Recommend checking it out. Try the tej if you like honey!
A cozy ethipion restaurant with cute decor but is understaffed with just one server struggling to serve all the tables and the tables are very small. We were 3 people seated on a 2 person table and our feet were in each other's way, quite uncomfortable so to speak. But the food is worth it all, amaz
