Review Fletcher's Brooklyn Barbecue - Brooklyn

I got the 2 meal platter and a side of bbq wings (6 piece) and a hard apple cider. I don’t usually like beer or a lot of ciders but this one was pretty good and it came in a can. Would be cool to see them get some ciders on tap but I’m happy with the can as well. The bbq wings and brisket were really incredible. With each bite the brisket practically melts in your mouth and the little flakes of sea salt or kosher salt (I’m not sure which one lol) were a nice touch. The size of the wings were perfect, flavor and seasoning was balanced, texture was juicy when you bit into it and just the right amount of crispiness on the skin. The ribs were pretty good too, they could have maybe been slightly more juicy. The cornbread is the one thing I wish I hadn’t gotten tbh. It was very dry and just didn’t really have the texture and flavor I was looking for. The service was perfect, they were very attentive but not overly watchful and I didn’t feel rushed throughout my meal. Towards the end of my meal I noticed one of the staff realized that a customer forgot their to-go order on the counter and left in a cab. The worker rushed out to give them their food but was too late. The manager noticed this and in an attempt to provide the best customer service I’ve ever seen, he literally hopped into his car and tracked the cab down a couple of blocks away and was able to get the customer their food. I’ve never seen customer service quite like this. I will be coming here regularly especially with it being in the neighborhood. I highly recommend you do the same.

Had the dirty fries and Carolina wings and they were delicious. We ordered the burnt ends sandwich and brisket rice bowl to go. We were pretty full from the wings and fries so haven't eaten the to go food yet. We will be back to try other menu items.

This was my first time eating in Brooklyn and I am happy I went into this place! Katherine greeted me very nicely & took my order; I ordered the chicken sandwich 10/10!!!!!! The fries are sooooo good fresh & crispy! 9/10. What put the cherry on top for me was the bread pudding! OMG 10/10 recommend! It was still fresh the next day for me to enjoy! Thank you so much! Overall I was very satisfied with the service & food. 10/10.

This time I tried the brisket empanadas. What an unbelievable flavor combination. They gave me a free bread pudding since it was my birthday. Might have been the best bread pudding I have ever tasted.

Loved it, haven’t had bbq this good since I moved up to NYC from Maryland . They only have one sauce to choose from but its 🔥 so it doesn’t even matter

Catered a work event for 60 people and the service was amazing, food was ready for pick up super early and everyone loved it

Ordered delivery. Quick, easy. Clear to understand menu and got exactly what I was expecting. Great portions and solid prices for a good bbq place. Will go again!

I've ordered from here a couple of times for delivery. Expensive, but I do like the food. Different from the usual BBQ restaurants.

Walked in here by chance while in the neighborhood. The ribs, baked beans, and corn bread are delicious. Saw the brisket. It looked moist and delicious, too.

I placed a Mobile order and it was ready even before the pickup time. The employees were friendly and the whole pick up process was a breeze. The food was amazing, nothing cold. Will definitely recommend to anyone who likes good eats.

My favorite BBQ spot in NYC. Great delicious juicy brisket. Pickles and slaw are must haves. Good service, always follow my delivery instructions.

Awesome surprise in Brooklyn. If you like or love BBQ this place is for you. The Ribs, brisket and pulled pork are just Wow. Took me right back to Texas and Florida BBQ for sure. You won't be disappointed. Great small spot for friends family or a nice surprise for that special person in your life. Enjoy you'll remember me.. as you chow down.

Everything was very good, lovingly conceived and executed. The burnt ends are a stand out, as are the char siu (skip the plum sauce, the meat is too good on its own to adulterate), the ribs, the brisket, and the Carolina 'cue (The coleslaw has fresh horseradish in it; not traditional, but a really inspired touch). Sides were great too and the service was very friendly. Highly recommended!

would have been perfect with a little more attention to detail. Brisket should have been chopped for the sandwich, instead I got a hunk of meat I could not bite through. :(

Ribs were nice and tender, brisket was ok, mac and cheese was awesome but the beans tasted like someone spilled the liquid smoke in them and it was a little pricy. Went way out of my way from NJ to give it a try because of all the Facebook hype. It was ok

if you are not familiar with Brooklyn style bbq, you should familiarize yourself with it before you make judgements. This place is amazing and as always the bbq was excellent. for all you Texans and Kansas City natives, stay your asses home so the rest of us can enjoy this fine establishment

Had their Boneless Rib Sandwich with Mac & Cheese, tried a little bit of Pulled Pork and Burnt End and it was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. The Banana Pudding was the best I've ever had. 10/10.

Food is okay, but the portions are particularly small for what you pay for, especially considering it was a BBQ place. Ordered for two (Two sides, Two mains, Two drinks) and it was about 40 something bucks. I was a little surprised.

Always a Pleasure. Ribs & Tri Tip are Family Favorites. Just tried the Frito "Pie" with brisket which was excellent. We are lucky to live around the corner from this restaurant!

So delicious! We had brisket, pulled pork and cornbread ... there was nothing but crumbs when we were done. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Very attentive! Also, conveniently located near the Morbid Anatomy Museum.

I've competed in BBQ for several years as part of the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS), and Fletcher's food is the closest I've seen to trophy deserving BBQ in NYC. this is a must-try place for anyone who wants real BBQ.

We spent almost 70 bucks and the meats(ribs, brisket/fat, sausage)were dry and jerky like. The restroom were filthy and the biggest dissapointment of all was that the beer was luke warm. I guess coming from Texas I hold BBQ to a higher standard.

Went here a lot while working nearby at Bernie HQ. I swear I like it better than anywhere here in Austin.

This place was absolutely amazing! The Char Sui was fantastic and the MAC and cheese was awesome! I will be sure to make a stop here every time I visit! Good job fellas!

We went with a rack, cornbread, fresh pickles, and beans. They were incredible with the rack. The pork and beans, smokey & spicy flavors are the best we have ever had. The rack was well executed ratio of dry rub to sweet smoke.
