Fantastic Brooklyn Heights dive bar with a surprise karaoke in the back. (Who would have thought those existed?!) Enchanting decor, straightforward service, beers are beers 😎

Original, old-school Brooklyn bar. Hip before hipsters were hip. Don't bother asking what's on tap because they don't have them. Bottles of beer with no nonsense, but the owner and bar staff are welcoming and chatty with anyone. They make you feel like a local within minutes. Don't assume the 'bar and grill' on the signage means anything more than just 'bar'.

It's cash only so look out for that, but otherwise this bar is a dang blast! Fun karaoke, cool bartenders, chill space. Y'all. Place jams.

Absolutely amazing bar. The laid back atmosphere and history is unlike anything else in New York. Hope it’s around for another 100 years.

God I love this spot. Karaoke nights are so much fun, everyone lets loose and it’s such a fun mix of people just letting their guard down and having a good time.

Had a beautiful experience on a Friday night. Loved the atmosphere of the bar, the owners were so nice and it was a funny karaoke night. Go fo it. I was probably the only tourist. Recommended

Family owned bar that's absolutely packed at night with karaoke singers of all ilks. Cash only.

Great bar with a jukebox and an amazing bartender. Kaddy is the best!!! Matt is a man with tons of information and is always willing to talk. Karaoke on Wednesdays and cheap beers all the time. Bring your own food as they don't have a grill but who cares, you're amongst great company!
