I am very pleased with my experience at this location. I had a chicken chipotle sandwich. It could have been spicy, but I could see how they made it mild because people complain a lot . Next time, I will ask them to make it a little spicy. But the presentation was just on point. Nothing but smiles from the servers. Excellent customer service! Lately, my experience at other establishments, not Panera, has been terrible. It was worth spending $20. I think if uncover boss was there, they would be very happy with these worker, and especially on a Saturday. A round of applause for the young workers.

Always amazing food! Well prepared! First time I came they couldn’t find my order that I placed for pick up 25 mins prior, they were so apologetic, amazing customer service and gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience of having to wait another 15 mins for my food.! Came back today and gave them a second chance, food was ready! And customer service was amazing! Very grateful to the staff here always greeting me with a smile

Had a tall slim man, Shawn/Sean, to serve me on Christmas eve. Very friendly, helpful, and inviting. They didn't have a certain bread for a sandwich and was low on soup. There were only a few customers there. Only complaint is lack of ingredients. 5 stars for the service.

It was awesome to see the level of detail and service that the members of this location showed during this visit. The staff still adhered to the protocols and it added to the safety of the moments as we awaited our food. So if you are in the Downtown Brooklyn Bridge area and you are looking for a fresh item then give the Adams Street location of Panera Bread à visit.
