Delicious delicious delicious. I have been coming here since I was very young. About 8 years old. Probably even younger. I am 24 now. The crunchy noodles are to die for- and the soups are delicious. Food and atmosphere is always great. Will never stop coming here.

I Highly Recommend Anybody to go to Silver Star Restaurant on 18 Avenue, and 62-63 street.

20220628:: this is a 70+ year old Chinese american resturant. being chinese, i am in awe how different this and a Chinese resturant decor looks like. love the fried wonton-like skins and cha-siu lo-mein. i ordered my fav ,not on menu, had to convince them to replace the shrimp in lobster sauce with beef. try it. its like stepping back in time. i like very muchy.

Food was great the service was amazing. This place brings back memories of the way the neighborhood used to be. The decor needs a little updating but even still the food is good and you can't beat service with kindness.

Classic, old-school Chinese restaurant neighborhood tradition. Staff is really nice. The food is delicious. I stopped in for dinner with my wife and son enjoyed everything that we had. The server was great and the food was delicious.

Superb value overall, especially the combination dinners. Very friendly waitstaff and receptionist. Dine-in exclusively by reservation. Narrow bathroom, but clean. Knives need to be supplied with the utensils since eating ribs on the bone and cutting egg rolls is difficult using a fork alone. Nice decorations exhibiting scenery and artwork from China.
