This place is really the best for sandwiches and soups.
Tried the vegetarian version of Mediterranean sandwich and it was simply the best.
So filling and its really worth it…
Try it out if you have one near you…..

Potbelly imho is the most underrated fast food restaurant. Food portions are always generous. Ingredients are very high quality. You can't find any oatmeal cookies better than these... anywhere, and this is NYC!

It had been years since I dined at the Potbelly located on Adams Street in Brooklyn. NYC. The reason had more to do with the long lines than anything else.
Enjoyed a delicious Avocado/Turkey sandwich on Multi-grain bread. The staff were pleasant and there was no line 🤸🏿.
Will make a point of returning again.
PS - a shout out to the employee who initiated the first part of my sandwich. Again congratulations on your one month employment. 👏 👏 👏

I tried the turkey classic and it was good but it wasn’t special. It was nice, fresh ingredients. But, alas, I prefer subway. 3/5, I rated it as 4 given the good service.
Also, for a very small sandwich it is pricey. The full sandwich is the equivalent of a 6 inch from subway, maybe less even.

The sandwiches taste great here, especially the Pizza and Meatball sandwiches. My only two problems here is a few of the employees be grumpy sometimes and look at me while I'm eating. This makes me uncomfortable, but this establishment is in great condition and will succeed if a few actions change.

Great customer service! I went to get lunch at Potbelly recently. At first, they were taking a while to make my salad and my friends got their food and were waiting for me. When I asked the employee, Nessa for an update on my salad, she noticed that my order was forgotten. With an great attitude, she stopped on what she was doing and made me salad. Also, for apologies, she paid for my salad. I am ever so grateful because I actually didn't have enough money in my credit card account to pay for my sandwich. So it was a coincidence. Thank you, Nessa! I hope that your blessings will come back to you ten times over.

Really amazing sandwiches at a great price. The staff is super friendly and always make sure you get on your way as fast as they can. The location is in the middle of downtown Brooklyn though so during lunch hour it gets PACKED
