I've been to bison and bourbon twice those far, the food is fantastic, something for everyone, the menu has great variety and is eclectic but nothing to aloof, the Bar/cocktail may be the best in the tri-state area, lots of options, huge selection of wines, bourbons, whisky etc, (here is a recollection of my last time there) Cocktails... If I recall the names correctly "Brooklyn Nail" and "Cucumber Spring Water" were both standouts.
For starters we had "on dough" (Flatbreads) the Mediterranean steak and bourbon pulled beef, both were great, dough was perfect, not thick, chewy and heavy like others make it. Definitely a great starter for either a large party or just a date.
We had both the tuna tartare and the smoked beef tartare (cocktail in between ) both were fab, the smoked beef tartare was best I've had.
For entrees that I've shared, the bronzing was epic, cooked right and the flavors were great, fish was super fresh.
Bourbon beef ribs were superb.
I am a huge veal fan and for so e reasons many eateries either don't carry it or just can't get it right, Bison and bourbon nailed the veal chop and I highly recommend it.
For sides, I had a lot of them and they were all good but the bourbon cipollini onions (great kick!) and the sautéed Kale are a must!
Almost forgot, they have a chick pea snack that's on the bar menu that they let us order, legit, dont forget to order. Not gonna do taste notes but trust me.
I am not a dessert guy bit everyone in my party loved them, I tasted two, banana bread pudding was great, I polished my buddies while he took a call .
Here is the kicker...... The atmosphere is unmatched, we ate outdoors, the courtyard has this great vibe, chic, the tables have great distance between them.
Staff, out waitress was phenomenal, knew the menu off hand and attentive. The food came out with great timing. Get this, both times I found parking in under 30 seconds and within a block. Winner winner bourbon dinner.
Awesome ambiance and menu. Drinks are delicious and very unique .. super courteous servers and staff !! A very cool hipster / trendy with a splash of a Texan BBQ house restaurant ... cool scene and nice vibe!
If you want a fun night out in the not so typical kosher restaurant this is definitely a winner !
I have never been there but after the video I have seen with Seth giving a man a job on the spot allowing him to start again, just made your restaurant a place to visit this summer. Congrats on your idea of community.
We had a perfect experience this evening celebrating a birthday with friends . Sat outside - ambience was best ever experience at a kosher restaurant, truly felt like we were on vacation . Food was great - Delmonico Steak , Steak Salad , Tuna Tartare appetizer , Tiramisu Desert were all delicious . Service helpful and quick . Will definitely return .
Saturday night Bison & Bourbon, party of 2. Hip, clean, open atmosphere. Wonderful service (critique: wait a bit longer between appetizer and serving entree). Generous portions (worth the price), super tasty, meat was cooked to perfection, creative drink menu.
We had: charcuterie board (not recommended, mostly fat - cold fat, too rich for my taste), cowboy steak (yes!!! peppery crust!), BBQ ribs (yes!!! right amount of spicy, right amount of sweet), fries (cuz you gotta), waffle churro with vanilla ice cream for dessert (so good!).
We had a wonderful dinner ... we were a little worried as we are vegetarians but yummmmm! Excellent service and food . Onions , Faro and heirloom tomatoes, mushroom soup and 'on dough' tartufo with mushrooms was wonderful. Cooked to perfection !
And Cindy the chef stopped out to share some amazing desserts. Save some room :) they were delicious 😋 ! Definitely telling friends and stopping back with family . Thanks

The burger is sooooo good! The cocktails are lovely. The ambiance is super cool. I love coming here with friends to have a fun night out with good food and drinks.

Valet parking was a breeze. Ambiance is like nothing the kosher market has ever seen. The fare is delectable. The bar mini bites menu is great, as are the L'chaims. The owners came over to welcome us and were around and available to diners. Shockingly reasonably priced. Will definitely be patronizing Bison and Bourbon.
Went for a work event this evening... beautiful place... both indoor and outdoor (tonight was amazing for our outdoor event) the drinks were nice... I had a couple Bourbon Side Cars ��� the hors d'oeuvres we’re delicious!! Great tuna tartare! Need to go back for a sit down dinner!!!

I took my family Last week to celebrate a few occasions. We went on the recommendation of Dani Klein #yeahthatskosher. We are proclaimed foodies!! That is, we take our food very seriously!!

At first I was hesitant as I drove by the are. It looked a little run down. However, that all changed when We arrived. I met my rabbi and his wife for dinner, I am not a New Yorker and picked the restaurant based on pictures I saw online. We were seated on the courtyard that overlooks the street. Our waiter was very nice and suggested the bourbon cippolini onions with our meat. The meat was very tender and juicy. The only thing I didn't like was the dessert. I think there should be other variations of desserts. Overall, I must give it a five, highly recommended.
The food was top notch, but it's the handcrafted artisinal cocktails and amazing venue that really take this experience to the next level. The courtyard is spacious and inviting, and decorated with just the right amount of charm. The drinks were like none I have ever tasted before. I can't wait to go back, even if just for a post dinner date to get a drink at the bar and munch on those chick peas!

Wonderful ambiance. The place is really pleasantly designed and appropriate music in the background.

Service was excellent. One thing I'd suggest is that the waiters should make sure to speak slower, and more deliberately clear. It's a habit of speech that maybe the owners should pay attention to when training them.
Upscale place in Brooklyn, If you are a meat eater you have to try the Prime Rib second to none. They have so many Drinks, my recommendations are the mule, the lychee martini, Miami vice and Pima colada my favorites, they have a nice collection of Tequilas. Vodkas and single malts
The appetizers are good size to share

Came here with a group for a charity event and it was incredible. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. Dedicated staff worked with us to create the perfect menu to provide the best experience for all of us. I can't express enough about how above and beyond everything was. I highly recommend going there for the food and the staff. Special shout out to Juan who did an amazing job to accommodate all our needs and roll with any and all changes. Definitely going to be coming back.
10 stars all in all! The ambience is great and pleasant, not too noisy. We had a very pleasant experience. The waiters/waitresses went above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The food was next level delicious. The only downside is the deserts can be upgraded in taste. Otherwise everything else was super!!
We were a party of 12 for our holiday dinner on 12/6/2023. It was a fantastic experience from them greeting us, seating us, the service and the food. We loved the location, the environment, the pace of the evening and all of the choices. Definitely recommend.
Food and service was good. My only comment is that the order didn't arrive at the same time and the wait staff was in a rush to pick up the dishes very quickly, even before we finished.
After I initially posted this, the manager took the time to call me and apologize! What great attention to the customer!

We reached out to Bison & Bourbon to see about setting up a dinner for a party of 15.
They worked with us from beginning to end, curating a menu that fit our budget and seating us in a way that provided privacy. The food was outstanding from the appetizers all the way through the dessert’s. Working with JUAN was a breeze, and I would highly recommend Bison & Bourbon to anybody looking for a beautiful night out!
The food is delicious and the service was great. the only thing that took longer than usual to arrive were the cocktails, had to remind the server multiple times about them. But overall we had a great time.

The vibe of the place is wonderful, the food is unique delicious and the service was outstanding, I would recommend to skip the mains/steaks and focus on the delicious starters and get a bunch of them.

Great food. Amazing atmosphere with options of sitting Indoor and Outdoor. Customer service is Amazing. Food is always outstanding good. Personally I've never had to wait for a table to be available. Nice and clean.
Overall I'd highly recommend this place for any occasion.

I keep on going back to this steakhouse every time I'm looking for a place somewhere local. They have delicious food and great cocktails. Would totally refer this place . Pizza I would say isn't the best...

This place has a great environment, beautiful atmosphere and modern decor. For these reasons we decided to come here on our wedding anniversary.
We called in to reserve a table (interestingly you can't make reservations on line) we got there and we were seated at a very comfortable table.
We had a very hard time deciding what to order because there menu is not so clear and not so easy to understand (they have iPad menus which for some reason is not being used only for drinks) and that's where the waiter came in to help and was not helpful even though she tried.
Finely we decided what we want and we ordered 1 appetizer 1 salad and 1 main dish, we didn't have to wait to long for the appetizer but after we finished it we had to wait very long for the salad, so far the food was delicious. However when we get our main dish it wasn't hot anymore (looks like it was ready before the salad) which equals that it wasn't so good.
After waiting so long for the food we were at our full side, so we ordered another appetizer instead of a 2nd main dish.
Right after we put in the order we got the dessert menu so we can order desert so we ordered desert. Looks like the waiters wanted to go home so the service became extra sufficient. The 2nd appetizer and dessert were delicious as well.
