Review Nora's Park Bench Cafe - Brooklyn

I absolutely love Nora's. From the food, to the staff, to everything involved there. It's a little funny and kind of a known/silly/fun thing in the area that it's just 2 or 3 little Asian dudes who are able to cook all this delicious food, because it's more the Italian and Irish type of food not to sound like I'm stereotyping anybody, but I always found that amusing in some way in a good way. Anyway I love Nora's and I will always be a lifelong customer. It's also an excellent place to have a first date with someone because it's not super formal at all, you can be casual, and have delicious food, and there's a full bar, and even on certain nights they have some sort of entertainment going on perhaps somebody playing an instrument or a singer, they definitely have added quality to Quentin Road! Nora's is an institution there in more ways than one. I can't tell you how many unfortunately funerals I've been to where the routine does not change ever! Everybody goes to the funeral at Marine Park funeral home, and right afterwards right across the street everybody goes to Nora's to eat and drink, some people in the middle of the service will run across the street for a quick drink or a shot. Anyway Nora's is awesome and I will always be a supporter. One specific thing that's Bonkers and so good that I try to make sure I'm there for it which is the "special" once a week I believe on Tues or Wed one of the other, But it is the best meatloaf I may have ever had in my life no exaggeration. There is a special every night that's why I'm confused but the specials are always good and the meatloaf is out of this world

Yum. A great place to chill after a wake or a funeral across the street at Marine Park Funeral Home. I really look forward to Nora's to unwind. It makes me feel better

This was our first visit back post pandemic. We had a group of 12 celebrating our Granddaughter's Baptism. Food was very good as it has always been with Kenny running the kitchen. Great neighborhood place to enjoy a meal or just drinks.

Nora's is a great local place for cocktails and upscale pub fare. I had the seafood fra diavalo, and it was fantastic (for a pub)! They have awesome burgers, fajitas, and Buffalo sauce, which they serve as boneless Buffalo chicken tenders and Buffalo shrimp! Lots of pasta, panini, appetizers, chicken, and steak options, too! Highly recommend!

Took a friend for her birthday. Food was good, the way it always is. Hamburgers out of this world. Drinks made to perfection. Peggy, our waitress, added to the whole experience. We spoke like we knew each other. A real Brooklyn experience. Thank you!

At 5:30 on a Wednesday, the back room was quiet and comfortable as a crowd celebrated in the bar and on the sidewalk. Service was wonderful and we enjoyed our dinners. Portions were large, and well prepared. I had jumbo shrimp francese; my husband had a large house salad with added shrimp. We shared a plate of calamari, which he would have preferred a bit crunchier but I thought was just right. It felt great to return after almost two years and even better that the place hadn't changed much in all those challenging months.

A cute, clean, friendly place to have lunch in the neighborhood. The prices were reasonable and the food was better than I expected! I had the buffalo chicken wrap, which had fresh greens and tenders that weren't sopping in sauce. They had a small room in the back, so it might be a good place for a group gathering.

We had a great experience here. Came with my family for my dad's birthday and the tall thin red haired server was exceptional. He was very attentive and sweet. My dad told me I should ditch my boyfriend for him. I recommend their shrimp salad and their cheese burgers, they're fantastic.

Was literally just at Nora’s. The food is quite good and I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo which generally places don’t make as hot to my liking and I understand why. I asked them to make it hotter and it came out burning my mouth like I set it on fire and I loved it.

Food was good but staff running back & forth waited for water and noise level of bar during our meal is very distracting for our table to even have a conversation

Eat here once a week. The food and staff are great. and the Buffalo shrimp is amazing. The place is well kept and clean. The prices are very reasonable GREAT place. Since coming to this place I've never had a problem

Our Friday nights out to Nora's. My favorite is the Buffalo Shrimp Wrap. Buddy loves the Buffalo Shrimp Appetizer. The burgers are great and the Shrimp Fajitas are spicy good, I ask for no Black pepper but that's my preference. Also, the French Onion soup is delicious. Just sayin'.

Go there often. Food is always good. Unfortunately, the rear room is sometimes used for parties and it can get very loud. They should find a way to close it off from the rest of the place.

Rude waitresses. Food was ok. I asked to sample the vodka sauce because I am very particular when it comes to sauces over my past. I was denied and in a rude, annoyed voice. I would not recommend it. Definitely not a feel good kind of place.

Was there with my son & daughter in law NYD. Lunch was very overpriced + my generous tip didn't seem to please the server. I probably won't go back

Love our Nora's, especially my favorite, the Buffalo Shrimp Wrap. Service is friendly and the food is very good. French onion soup, buffalo shrimp appetizer, fajitas, portobello panini and great burgers are among our favorites.

My new place to go to. Awesome. I will define be back again.
