Review Pescada New York - Brooklyn

The food was ok, the service was slow But the prices were very very high. I think that for that food to pay $340.- for 4 persons, without drinks!! was very expensive. Exaggerated. We had 4 appetizers and 1 fish, 1 niokky, and 1 Pasta Alfredo with 1 desert. By the way the parking possibilities are horrible.

I recently dined at this delightful dairy restaurant, and I must say I was thoroughly satisfied. The food was not only delicious but also presented with an artistic touch that made the dining experience truly memorable. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to return for another delectable meal!

Delicious and healthy luxury food. The place also gives a feeling of luxury and the experience is great. There is a menu with many options and the fish there is simply fantastic. And the staff is just great. The place offers a special room for small or large events. This place has a lot to offer you.

Best kosher dairy restaurant I’ve ever been to. Favorite food was the Buffalo cauliflower. Also really great was the mushroom formaggio- even just to get the cheese leaf cracker - totally worth it. The pescada fettuccine was so delicious in so many ways, just a shame the cream sauce was too salty. The vibe is really lovely- great for dates or meetings or almost anything. Just warning about going in the last hour before they close. They sat us and then super super rushed us, shut down the kitchen at 9:45 before we’d even eaten, even though the restaurant was supposedly open much later. The waitress practically pushed us out the door (even gave me my drink in a to-go cup!) even though they easily had over 20 other people they were still serving. I will definitely try again. I am hopeful.

Wonderful experience! I came here for my birthday dinner (huge deal) and everything was amazing. I started with a cocktail, not sure of the name but it was passion fruit, surprisingly strong yet perfectly sweetened. My friend, a sangria master, ordered the white wine sangria and loved it. My other friend ordered the nana (mint) tea and it looked so refreshing. For my main I ordered the glazed shallot salmon and I swapped out the mashed potatoes for the French fries. The portions were generous and everything was seasoned very well. FF's were crispy yet freshly soft and salted perfectly, veggies were also seasoned well and limpy- but in a good cooked way. I liked the salmon cut bc it was thicc yet crispy in all the right places. My friends ordered the classic fettuccini alfredo and the sushi as their mains and they enjoyed their food. The service was A1 and the waitress went out of her way to make my dinner special. For dessert I couldn't order anything containing dairy and after she let us know everything contained dairy, she returned with a cup of whipped cream (a puppaccino iykiyk) with a candle! Even though I couldn't eat it, she wanted my friends to still be able to sing HBD to me and I thought that was the sweetest gesture. That is now the energy I expect for all kosher dairy restaurants. I hope my friends tipped her well bc bday girl never pays. Décor is bright, "modern", aqua water vibes and next time I return it'll be for brunch/lunch bc the menu looks bomb.

I came here for a 7 berachot a private party. It was in the party room in the back very spacious and room for 30 - 40 ppl to sit comfortably. The roo. Was well lit and modern . The portions of the foood were extremely generous, plated nicely and with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent the waitresses were always in tune and available to what was needed. The owner kept coming in to check on us to make sure we're enjoying. They packed up the leftovers in separate containers if any guests wanted to take home. I never saw that in any other restaurant it was nice to know that they don't waste food . I'm enjoying the leftover dessert as we speak 😋. Overall I loved it and the price was very reasonable for the amount of ppl and food we got. Will come again .

I've never had a more enjoyable dairy meal in my entire life! Beautiful restaurant, elegant yet relaxed ambience, with extremely courteous and informative staff. The service was quick and professional, and the food arrived promptly with beautiful presentation. Be sure to try the mozzarella balls & truffle rizzoto appetizers, they were both unreal! They also offer a variety of gourmet fish options, I recommend the glazed shallot salmon or the sea bass. Their wine selection is terrific, and they brew other fresh drinks and shakes as well. If you're looking for an upscale dining experience, Pescada should be at the top of your list!

We had an event for 30 people last night in their private room, (we brought decor the staff helped us set it up) the food was incredibly delicious and plentiful, the service was excellent, manager Peter and his team (servers Layla and tizona in specific )were on top of everything, and ambiance was beautiful. Overall an unforgettable night all thanks to a well run establishment. Highly recommend for your next event.

Food was very good. Fresh, tasty, imaginative. Fish we're delicious. Good! Dessert was not. Was disappointing that the Icecream was the best part of the desserts. All of them tasted like plastic, like store bought law grade factory cakes. We were told the the regular Cheff was on vacation. Well, a recipe is a recipe, no? Kudos to our server 👍👍 We will return though.

I have to tell you the food was great the drink a passion fruit was a big glass with crushed ice so plenty to enjoy till the end not like some other places that just give you ice the service was impeccable will come back

Food was good but fish was not great. Potatoes were not from real potatoes. Potatoes were from a mix. I was surprised at the poor quality of the fish preparation. I have eaten there before. Fish never great. Appetizers and desserts were great
