Excellent Bay Ridge Italian restaurant. Our server was very attentive and kind to our active grand children. Pizza and calamari was great. I will come again in the future.

When you come to Peppinos you're going to be eating with the family because that's what it feels like in there. Even the customers around you make you feel like you're with family. Now the service has always been excellent the wait staff is attentive friendly and on top of things. Now when it comes to the food, I've ordered almost everything on their menu and it's always been a home run. I've done a comparison of their pizza to other places and nothing beats sitting down and having a fresh out of the oven pie there. Their apps simple yet delicious and their pastas are classic and cooked to perfection. You will have a great dinner at Peppinos.

I have this crazy friend that traveled all the way down from Chicago only because he follows the owner of this place in instagram. I love Italian food but ridiculously hard to find quality Italian food in New York. Everything is like an America cheap version. The wine of the house was actually really good. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not exaggerating. I had a pistachio tartufo as a dessert. I forgot the last time I had so much food in one place and everything was damn good. 10/10

It's wonderful for food. It's not big but amazingly inviting and always nice and incredibly patient even when we showed up with a dozen people and sat at a table for 10. They were simply lovely and make sure you eat everything. Seriously, the food is that good. I just hope the place doesn't melt. Feel the left wall on the way to the bathroom in the back. Be warned, on the other side is the pizza oven and I'm amazed it hasn't melted the wall when you can literally burn your hand leaning on the wall.

Nothing horrible about the experience, but I definitely think there is better pizza places around. We asked for no olives and they still came out. The Caesar salad was also very meh, could’ve gotten the same quality out of a bag at the grocery store. I will say, the pasta we tried was superb, so maybe go that route if you visit here!

I loved Peppinos pastas. They’re definitely a great classic Italian restaurant. Other reviews have mentioned this and like they say, Peppinos is mostly always busy so if you come on a weekend like I did, be prepared to wait a bit. That being said the staff is very kind and of course the food is well worth the wait. I just wish they added some gluten-free pasta or pizza options to their menu. I still ordered pasta when I came to eat with friends and I’m glad I did as it was heavenly. Definitely worth the gluten cheat day.
