It’s a hidden gem in Green Point. Great service, reasonable price, and amazing food. They usually have an Italian musician who would perform in the weekends, but the musician is on a vacation. I’d come back to this.
The vibe is good for dates and small group gatherings. They have a mini garden in the back of the restaurant which is super cute. However, I would not recommend you to sit outside if you’re easily attracted to mosquito, especially in the summer.
The food is good, and in a good portion. The only comment I have is the carbonara is a little too salty for us.
Their cocktail menu is also super great.
Highly recommend you to check this place out in Green Point for your next date night/small gathering dinner.
Thank you Le Fanfare for an unforgettable rehearsal dinner. The intimate lighting, seating, and overall setting was the perfect touch on a wonderful night. The service was fantastic and management did a great job accommodating us at every request. (Photos by our lovely photographer Tiana Michele).
I discovered this lovely spot when I needed to meet my brother who had an event nearby so we met for dinner.
When we arrived at 8pm on a weeknight it felt full of energy and the room was mostly full but not tight. It had rained earlier so it looked like the patio was closed but it looked awesome and I will return to eat outside.
We ordered various beverages from cocktails to wine and beer. All were great and I even tried one or two different wines before settling. Don’t ask, I forgot.
Our server was great, helping us with deciding as everything sounds great.
The Shishido peppers are roasted and covered with deliciously smoked tomatoes. The octopus was also wonderful as was the bread that came with a Bean purée if I remember correctly.
For mains, I had the spaghetti neri which was lovely. We also had the short rib and spaghetti carbonara. I will say the carbonara was a tad too salty for our liking, but everything else was delicious
It’s a great room and a lovely team, I highly recommend stopping by.
One of my favorite restaurants in greenpoint. Amazing authentic sardinian italian. I don't normally write reviews but tonight I tried the sweet potato agnolotti and i've never tasted anything like it! The spaghetti neri, and papperdelle are close seconds. Service was great from start to finish, theres a reason I keep coming back to this place. Pro-tip: get the chocolate ganche dessert.
Michelin Bib Gourmand! We had to go. Make a reservation as dinnertime can get busy. The service was excellent and fast. The staff was very attentive. Food menu is Italian, cocktails were delicious - had the gin fizz, the dessert Tiramisu was fresh and very tasty, and the starter Burrata was excellent. Everything was tasty! Recommend one of the pasta dishes. The portion size was just right. Spacious outdoor dining in the back and plenty of seats inside.
Splendid ! Came for dinner on a Sunday night around 6:30. It was easy to get a reservation and it was quite empty when we arrived. For food we did mussels, the squid ink pasta, and a beef pasta. Everything was amazing and our server was friendly when we had questions about the menu. I will say not many vegetarian dishes if any.
Such a special evening with my daughter and son-in-law. We felt like royalty here and I cannot remember ever tasting anything quite so delicious as the hanger steak. Great atmosphere and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Nice place good vibe, friendly staffs and pretty good food!
Our group of 6 had a nice time and enjoyed our dinner on a busy Saturday night.
We ordered most of the items since it wasn’t a big menu…
Appetizers:
-Burrata
-Grilled Octopus
-Mussels
-Baccala’ Croquette
-Roasted Shishito Peppers
-Meatballs
Main courses:
-Malloreddus with Berkshire Pork Saugsage
-Pappardelle with Duck & Mushroom
-Spaghetti Neri
-Grass-Fed Braised Beef Shirt Ribs
-Goffle Rd Farm Chicken
-Creek stone Farm NY Strip Steak
Side dishes:
-Broccoli Rabe
-Roasted Cauliflower
Everything was tasty and flavorful. I really enjoyed my pappardelle and my friend’s malloreddus was really delicious. The only thing was broccoli rabe with anchovies, a bit too fishy for my liking.
Service was great. Food was incredible. The pasta was perfectly Al dente and the guanciale in my carbonara was so crispy and flavorful. We made a reservation but it wasn’t necessary for a week night dinner.
We decided to grab dinner here on a weekday in the winter. We had made a reservation before and the restaurant was great in confirming our reservation and seating is once we had both arrived. The restaurant itself is quaint with hints or a farm-to-table atmosphere. For larger parties they offer booth like seating which gives for a more intimate dining experience. Once we were seated we were given menus and complimentary bread. When it came time to order we decided on the tagliatelle and the bucatini. These dishes were perfect sizes to share so keep that in mind when ordering! Overall we had a really great time dining here. The food and ambiance were perfect for a small group get together or a casual date night in Greenpoint.
