Love this place!!! Been coming here for years and really appreciate their updated vegan menu. Kimchi Fries are such an awesome treat! Vegan tacos are great too - my fave is the pomogranate seed and spinach and my husband loves the edamame falafel!

First time trying Kimchi tacos and was pleasantly surprised. I had the fried chicken, fish and vegetarian tacos and couldn't decide which one I liked the best! Great service and nice atmosphere for a small place. They need to bring it to Manhattan so I can have it more often.

Mexican-Korean Fusion! Food tastes fresh and comes in large portions; exactly what one would expect from a food truck. Price is decent, and service is friendly. We got the Korean bowls with a side of Korean fried wings plus a drink. Total come out to be around $50, which includes a 15% tip. We will definitely come back to experience their other offerings.

I met Phil, the owner of Kimchi Grill, at a Brooklyn Grand Army Plaza Food truck gathering. I remember having the spicy Korean flavors in a Mexican-inspired food journey. The blending of two distinct cultures, and yet, they share the love of Spicy is 🔥 I'm a regular, meaning two to three, ok, sometimes four stops for food. And there are the moments I stop for a refreshing Frozen Margarita, $7.00 😈👍🏻 $2.00 tip 😉 Phil has expanded to Governors Island with Tokyo Drumstick. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Check out Phil’s food, and I can't say enough great things. Kimchi Grill is ideally located within walking distance of the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden, and Prospect Park. Show your love and support by enjoying their food.

One of my go-to spots in Brooklyn. I love their tacos and burritos so much, that every time we are in the area we make sure to grab a bite here. Portions are decent and the foods are flavorful. Prices are ok too. I never had a bad experience or bad food here despite visiting multiple times. I think their margaritas are popular too, although I haven’t tried it.

The person taking orders was incredibly helpful & the food came out quickly and tasted great! The bbq nachos were crispy & the spicy Korean chicken sandwich was perfectly saucy. It was very small inside, but I think that expected on that street.

Had ordered lunch from here. I got the spicy chicken kimchi bowl and chicken dumplings (crispy). Both the dishes were pretty good. The ginger sauce with the dumplings was fabulous. The spicy chicken was not so spicy so maybe they can improve on that.

Some of the food is excellent, and some is "meh." I was disapponted in the chicken wings, but the dumplings, tteokboki, krispy fish taco, gochujang udon and rice gnocchi bowl, and frozen drinks are delicious. The service is always so friendly and it's a nice atmosphere to dine in.

Great food, staff and vibes. Best part there is no line on a Saturday brunch hour!!! The kimchi got a kick to it, but I wish they drained the kimchi a bit more. Towards the end my burrito was runny with the vinegar and the tortilla wrap was becoming mush. But the portion is on point for the amount they charge.

The place is really cute and clean! You can see the kitchen behind the register and everything is orderly. I bought a seared pork spicy kimchi bowl with a ginger limeade. The food came fast, and I was served at my table. The food was really good, flavorful and fresh. I thought they had attentive and polite service too.

Kimchi Grill has been a go-to for me for years, but they’re very hit-or-miss with their items. I’ve tried about half their selection and love some, hate some other items. The stuff I stick with is the kimchi pancake, the kimchi stew, and the big belly burritos, and mandu. I would say that the burritos are the safest best for a personalized burrito that is always good no matter which one you get. The tacos are also all delicious. They rotate new items fairly regularly which I love. I’ve disliked the wings, the spicy rice cakes (for portion/price reasons), and the other soups besides the kimchi stew. Well worth it as long as you stuck with the stuff you know is good.
