Fast accurate delivery. Food is extremely consistent and above par for other vegetarian pan-Asian restaurants in the area. I order from here at least once a week. Don't give soy sauce packets.

My wife and I have been patronizing this vegan kosher establishment for over four years. They deliver incredibly fast, with consistent good quality, from a broad menu. Some favorites: Malaysian curry stew, jade mushrooms, Singapore-style mei fun, sesame seitan, fresh mango with bean curd, "sugar cane" drumsticks (they use wood; don't try to bite into the "bone!"), and cold noodles in sesame sauce (I cheat and microwave these...so good!). Always tip your delivery person!

This a great restaurant for vegan Chinese food. I ordered the General Tso lunch special which was delicious and a great price. The prices are great for the area and it has a great view of the street at the front of the restaurant. Definitely recommend for any lazy takeout days or a quick delicious vegan bite.

We went with a party of 20 and the kitchen really kept up. The servers were very sweet and kept up pretty well with things although I do feel they could have been a tad bit more attentive. Still, for a party of 20 they were really great and I'm sure it was a bit overwhelming so that could be all it was. The atmosphere was beautiful and everyone had a great time. The food was delicious and I can't wait to go back again! Thank you, Vegetarian Ginger!

Food is tasty, service is usually fast, great vegan Chinese food (could use a bit more vegan drink options and the heat seemed to be off a week ago). My friend got the steak which was plain, looked dry, and could use more sauce and veggies! I recommend the samosas and Tofu Teriyaki however.😍😍😍

I am by no means a vegetarian, but the food here is so fantastic, I don't mind that there's no meat. The meals are filling as well. My favorite selection is the curry stew with seitan, broccoli, carrots and potatoes; brown rice on the side. I'm generally there at odd hours of the day, so the place isn't crowded when I go. Service and prices are very good as well. Recommended.

I had never noticed this place "Vegetarian Ginger" before, so I figured I'd check out what they had today. The counter guy was very friendly and reassured me that none of the dishes had meat. Even when I questioned the Pepper Steak dish (pepper steak? steak = meat, right?). Even explained to me how it was made. The options are amazing. I settled on the Sweet Citrus Soy Protein w/kale and the meal was delicious. I think I just discovered my new lunch spot. I mean, vegan wonton soup!!! You can't beat that...

We love this place. It's one of the best vegan-asian options in NYC. Service is always polite and friendly, food is delicious and affordable. They could use some better background music though.

Vegetarian Ginger is so amazing! This is the best vegan Chinese food I have ever had. The service is pretty good the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a huge menu and everything sounds so good! The prices are very fare and totally affordable. Pretty much general restaurant prices. I had the General Tsos soy protein on a bed of broccoli with brown rice and wonton soup. The waitress informed me it's the only place you can get vegan wonton soup in all of New York, made right there in house! My boyfriend ordered the smoked teriyaki seitan on a bed of kale w/ the same rice and soup and it blew my MIND! The taste and Texture of the seitan was SO on point, it was unbelievable. They were both equally delicious! The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty chill, nothing special super special but it was nice and we highly recommend Vegetarian Ginger and would definitely go there again.

This is by far the best vegetarian chinese food I've had in NYC. The General Tsos mock chicken is outrageously flavorful. The lo mien is incredibly fresh and filled with par-fried veggies and delicious light seasonings. Also, the staff is warm and inviting and the prices incredibly reasonable.
