Rose Water is the best brunch in park slope! I love their pancakes. The menu is prix fix $17 for a drink and an entree. The place is so quaint and service is great. Wait can be long, but it's worth it!
Beautiful food and tasteful to the last bite.
Rose Water is a place to relax and enjoy a meal in good company.
Every plate shows so much craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every time here it's a memorable experience.
There's good wines and beer to pair with and it's always a good idea to close the night with desert.
A la carte or tasting menu, there's no way to go wrong. I will definitely coming back for more.
Perfectly fine brunch place, wasn't blown away by anything but it was all generally good. The pear pancakes with root beer syrup was the best meal on the table, followed by pork or chicken sandwich
Very nice establishment. The staff is friendly, the indoor and outdoor seating areas look very nice. Food was delicious. I had the challah french toast and a side of bacon for brunch and it was delicious. The serving sizes are very generous and you get your bang for the buck.
Great brunch menu. We had the challah french toast and strawberry pancakes. The food was delicious and both dishes were so filling that we could not finish either.
Really nice little place. Super friendly service, tasty food (and big portions), fair prices. The place is rather small and they dont take reservations, so be prepared for a wait.
Friendly staff, decent food and drinks, dogs are allowed in the outdoor dining area with owner.
Chilled corn and melon soup was refreshing and tasty. Flatbread was ok. Cavatelli was great, polenta was fun but ok. Cobbler was better than chocolate cake
The best brunch around! Pancakes are to-die for and service is always quick and friendly. Love bringing family and friends here.
Favorite brunch place in the neighborhood! The food is amazing. They put a unique spin on a lot classic dishes, without being too out there. Cozy atmosphere, great service too. They don't take reservations, but they will give you a call when they have a table ready for you.
Delish, classy, simple, elegant... finally a restaurant we can eat an amazing meal and hear each other talk... service is really classy and kind and the chef just kills it. Its a bit pricey but really fair for what you get. Bring a date, its romantic too. Brunch is just a madhouse though so be careful, everyone loves going here for brunch...
I’ve come here for brunch twice and both times it was delicious. Once was with a group of 8 (no reservation, Cajun style) and they were super accommodating. The menu is seasonal and always tasty. A great deal too at $20 prix fix (good for splitting bills). I will be back for dinner one of these dayz!
Located just a few blocks away from Prospect Park, this is a quaint restaurant that is great for brunch. Be wary of the time you go, as the wait can be quite long. The decor has an artsy/cozy feel with funky art on the wall. The bathroom is pretty fun too especially the yoda sign (Wash Hands, You Must). They have a great brunch menu as well as unique cocktails/drinks to go with it. I tried their pancakes which were thick and fluffy and one of their egg dishes (I think it was a special). No complaints from this customer as everything was delicious. Their pear ginger drink is also really good.
Finally made it over for brunch. It's a great deal, including in coffee or juice with your brunch entree. Sadly, cappuccino isn't included (I clearly survived and lived to tell). The pancakes were fluffy and I liked that they weren't stingy with the fruit. Come early or be prepared for a bit of a wait. But it's worth it!
I booked a table at Union bar and kitchen for my birthday bottomless brunch on a Saturday, with a guest list of about 15 people and I must say EVERYONE loved the place!
Some of us got there late, but they very politely allowed us to wait at the table until our party arrived, were very polite and understanding. I could go on but in short, it was probably the BEST service I've experienced in NYC.
The ambience was great too! It was busy but not too loud and the music had us tapping our feet all along.
And lastly the food! Everyone got a different entree and everyone loved it. I got the mushroom caps with eggs, SO good! Chicken and waffles were great just as the French toast! I'd definitely recommend Bar and Kitchen- couldn't have picked a better place to bring in my birthday- thankyou!
I went for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. The menu was wonderful. The service was very good. I ordered french toast and my friend ordered the hash and both were delicious. I have had dinner here a few times but not for years so I will make sure to come back for dinner some night.
What a gem! The food is amazing. Just the right portions and the flavors were so good!
We came here for brunch on a Saturday around noon, the flowers and vegetation outside give the place a warm, homey feeling, and to top it all everyone's food was just really, really good! Highly recommended!
