The two times Ive come here Ive found Pollo de oro to have great food but be a dissapointing experience. The best part about the restaurant is definetly the food, I particularly like their aji de gallina (the sauce is 10/10!). The food’s presentation is beautiful and the serving sizes are pretty large. The drinks are fine and they have a pretty good happy hour deal. However, the vibes are not great. I last came in on a weekday and the restaurant was empty and the music was too loud. I also did not like that someone was taking out the trash through the main exit while we were having dinner. The servers were nice. Will probably not be coming again to dine in (might do takeaway) which is a pity because I am so close to this restaurant!

Came here for dinner right after a long day of work and we were utterly delighted! The service was exceptional - friendly and efficient. We got the classic ceviche, the chaufa and the quarter peruvian chicken with fries. Everything was delicious!! Packed w flavours that well balanced. I could not get enough of the green sauce! Will be back for more!

This place is near Tillary, off of Flatbush. It was not crowded at all. Because of that service was quick and servers were attentive. I had a mojito and the other person had a margarita. The empanadas are really good. I ate the chicken and cheese. My entree was the chaufa... can't go wrong there. This is a nice low key place for dinner if you are in the area.

I love this place! Truly fantastic staff and delicious, authentic food. The Pisco Sour was great but very small. The food came in pretty big portions. The empanadas were just perfect and I would order these anytime I'm nearby again. The lomo saltado and tallarines saltado were both really good, but the lomo was definitely better. The tres leches cake was incredible and very rich.

Most of our business meetings take place at Pollo D’Oro. Their menu provides an array of tasty delights that range from their tasty chicken and amazing Peruvian green sauce to their ceviche, octopus dishes and salads. Vegetarians would love this place as they have dishes for everyone. We have held events here too and enjoyed some of their amazing bands!!

I came here for a farewell lunch for my former boss. I've never had Peruvian food but I'm now a fan. The dessert is out of this world. I love tres leches and this dessert was perfect. The food was so tasty and not salty at all which was my concern. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back here.

Great little Peruvian spot. Food was delicious and the outdoor area is big and servers are friendly. Beware a bit slow on service and an extra fee if paying by card (use Zelle or Venmo), but not a bad place to scratch the South American cuisine itch.

Appetizer, order the beef empanadas. Wow, what a great flavor. The beef was tender and had very good flavor. The sauce on the plate was very tasty, had a great balance
Main course, I had the Lomo Saltado, the beef was tender. I really enjoyed the stewed tomatoes, they gave a nice texture balance to the dish. The sauce at the bottom was savory and was a great addition to mix with the rice. There was a green salsa on the side that offered some additional flavors as needed. I didn’t think the fries were necessary, but the dish was very well balanced
Overall the service was wonderful, staff was very attentive and I never need to ask for a drink refill

If you don’t mind their 20%automatic tip and 4% credit/debit payment fee and small portions… then you ‘ll love the colorful atmosphere, perfectly designed and delicious foods. Servers are super nice and helpful they make sure everything matches your taste.
They had a live performance while we were there and pretty much elevated the whole experience!

I had the salmon on top of cilantro infused rice. It was amazing and I absolutely loved it. The service was adequate, but not outstanding. The food took longer than I expected, but damn, it was worth the wait. The service gets 3 stars, but with food like this, I've got to give this place a five!

Best chilcano! I had a girls night dinner and drinks at this place awesome experience! Our waitress was excellent. Ceviche was awesome and the grill octopus delicious cocktails were great. I highly recommend this place you should try it.

Food is excellent Highly recommend the empanada Long with Aji de gallina the aeropuerto chaufa and arroz con pato. Drinks were on point tried the Pisco Sour and the Passion Chiclayano. Waitress was great very attentive. the negative was the food took too long to come out. We ordered PicRones which is basically a fried dough took over 20 mins to get was told they were dressing up the plate which meant they were putting syrup on . took over 5 mins for that by the time we ate it it was cold and not worth the wait dough was a lil hard

Spent 2 nights in Brooklyn, hotel recommended the Pollo d'Oro. First time I had Peruvian food, and it was just excellent. Restaurant comes with a very nice atmosphere, and the service comes with smile and even sing...!
