Review Joe's Pizza - Brooklyn

Got a Sicilian slice and enjoyed it. The crust was the main attraction. Recommend getting whatever just came out of oven. They had to heat up the slice I got perhaps because it had been sitting for a while. Still I recommend going there if you have a craving for a good slice (or two) of pizza.

Joe's Pizza is a solid spot if you want food late at night. We were out late and stopped by here before going back to our hotel and we loved it. We ordered two large pizzas for a group of 10 and it hit the spot. We chose pepperoni and supreme but I would believe the other options are also good. I was surprised at how quick the service was as the line was out the door when we arrived and we had our pizza within 15-20 mins of getting there. We loved it so much we ended up here the next night as well!

You will never be disappointed by Joe’s. The crust is literal perfection. I hadn’t eaten joes in a little while and went into it thinking i would realize it’s over hyped but wowza. I was humbled. The crust is amazing the sauce is the perfect amount and not overwhelming in flavor and the cheese is the perfect ratio slash portion too. It’s just all around a balanced piece of pizza and it’s fresh and I will die on this hill.

Brooklyn's Bedford Joe's Pizza is a true gem, offering an authentic slice of New York City both literally and figuratively. This bustling corner shop, though small and always buzzing with activity, manages to deliver some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. The highlight of their menu for me was undoubtedly the pepperoni and cheese pizzas. The crust on each slice was perfectly crisp, the sauce was flavorful yet not overpowering, and the cheese - oh, the cheese! - was melted to gooey perfection. But it's not just the food that makes Joe's Pizza special. This place has a unique charm, highlighted by the walls adorned with photos of Hollywood stars enjoying their pizza. It's like stepping into a little piece of history, a testament to the quality and fame of their offerings. Each photo tells a story, adding to the vibrant, almost electric atmosphere of the shop.Joe's Pizza is the epitome of what a classic New York pizzeria should be - fast-paced, unpretentious, and serving up slices that are consistently delicious. Whether you're a local or just passing through, stopping at Joe's is a must for anyone seeking a quintessential NYC pizza experience. The combination of great food and the shop's brush with stardom creates a dining experience that's both memorable and satisfying.

First time! Googled best pizza around me and Joes came up! I’ve passed it several times this month as I am new to the area. There are several around here and you never really know until you try. NY is flagged for the best pizza but so is CT and that’s where I grew up. I had on my critical taste testing face when I went to get my slice. You have to walk in to get a slice. The option was not available online or through DoorDash for me. It’s a 4min walk so it wasn’t so bad. The restaurant is small and is suited for grab and go. Not much space for family dining. The staff is attentive but not cordial. Comes along with the grab and go atmosphere I suppose unless you’re a regular?? Idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ I prefer more hospitable welcoming but its NY… The pizza was definitely the right amount of thin and the right amount of sauce and cheese and the perfect amount of crunch even after I reheated a slice later so I give them 5 stars on the taste and presentation. They should work on making customers feel welcome and happy to return.

Many things in New York are overhyped, but Joe's Pizza is a legendary name that lives up to its iconic reputation. Joe knows pizza and he does not disappoint! This is what New York pizza dreams are made of!

Everyone likes their pizza a certain way and Joe’s is just perfect for me. Thin crust, but sturdy. Not too light on the cheese, but not too much. Toppings were just perfect and not overloaded. I only had the opportunity to try one pizza place on our trip, but I have to say I made the perfect choice. Joe’s did not disappoint. Three pizzas cost us about $15 and we were full till dinner. Service was fast, even though there were lots waiting for their order. There’s only standing room to eat but really. you don’t need to sit. Can prob just eat on the go, but we got lucky and found a small space for two. Would def recommend this place.

Stopped in for a mozzarella cheese slice. It had a thin crust. Tasty but a little bit burnt. The service was excellent and the restaurant is clean. Both a seating area inside and outside.

What a great slice of Pepperoni pizza 🍕. I know this brand is very popular in New York and there are always lines. Now I understand why. The pizza tasted amazing. It was warm because it was served just out of the ovens. Staff were super nice and friendly!!! This is the first time we tried pizza at this shop in Brooklyn. We had fantastic experience!!!! You gonna have to try it out you ever visiting New York City.
