Burger King

Food was fine, service was iffy and a screw-up was originally pushed back at me until i told them that i was aware of the error and was trying to fix it. Manager was aloof/dismissive and didn't thank me or even acknowledge that i pointed out the error that resulted in me being charged for the order behind me. I could have just dashed off but I was honest.

I come here almost twice a week consistently and each time for the last few months has been superb services and especially the quality of food. The few months before that around feb or jan they did have some hiccups here and there but since then they got everything together real fast and improved greatly. What i like about this place is the freshness of the food. Compare to another Burger king locations that I tried and both have been opened for a long time, the other locations quality of food is bad. This place is always fresh down to the bread bun. They have a good staff working here now and it's nice to hear their friendliness voice when i come to the order lane.

Requested heavy mayo and heavy tomato, receieved very little of each. Heard cashier at window specifically ask cooks if they had both and heard a response of yes so didn't check until out of the area. Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. Service was very slow and lines were getting backed up. Attempted to go here for breakfast before work on several occasions and discovered that nobody was working (hours were correct and posted - assume people just didn't show for work). Poorly managed, bad service and bad food quality, wouldn't recommend to anyone and will not return again.

I went through the drive-through with a bit of a complicated order and got very fast and accurate service! They didn’t miss or mess up anything! Wish the drive-through was plowed a little better though. My car bottomed out driving through the ruts that they had because it had not been plowed properly

I use to come here all the time till food started tasting old and bread was hard then I got a job and saw how managers treat their employees I've worked there about 2 week did not get paid at all I've called managers for months to speak to higher up no help this is a horrible place to eat and work I've been cheated almost 800 bucks and no one calls me back or help I've tried recent no help if keeps up I will seek higher help
