Burger King

I dont know what is wrong with Burger King as a franchise for this location but as a whole company in term of their corporation they are not doing a good job of staffing enough people to operate a fast food restaurant. I have been to various burger king all over town and each time the wait time to pick up my order is very long and this is with mobile order. Sometimes the store close during Business hours but ordering system still open then when i come, there's no one there. At other time only a few staff working and it took a very long time to get my order. There are time that only one person working at the restaurant and when i try to pick up food the staff inform me that this staff member does not have access to register to process my order. While all of this going on, McDonald's is taking all their customers because each time i go to McDonald the line is always busy and customer get their food fast like an assembly line at a factory. I like Burger king this is why i still support it. I hope the company would pay more to staff and provide more training so they can do better. If this continue i don't think they will be able to sustain very long and soon will loose their market share.

This place needs to be bulldozed. Its dirty inside and out. Closed half the time. The days I have been there and are inside all the employees left the building and were hanging in the parking lot with this guy in a white car that hangs there all the time. No one that works there in the building.food is often cold and pop dispenser is broken with no ice. Great location just terribly run.

I don't know what happened to this place. On my way home from work at night and i stopped by. There was a car parked and the lights turned on inside. As soon as i pulled up and was heading towards the drive through all of the lights shut off as if done intentionally. Compare this to Taco bell 4 buildings away, the customer service is night and day!

I don't expect fast food workers to be smiling nonstop and act as though they're having the best time of their life, but goodness this Burger King is a mess. I'm not a mathematician by any means, but I never thought putting 10 chicken nuggets in a box would be so difficult. After two times of them screwing up, one of the ladies there told me to stop lying (?) and I realized I'd just have to eat up my completely messed up order. There's a lot of better places around here folks. I used to love coming here and am sad at how terrible it's become. If you're really craving Burger King, there's one down the street across the KFC that's much better

Worst Ever ! This one is always so slow and quiet that the food shouldn't be so sloppily made and cold . Also , the rudeness of that girl that works the drive through is VERY rude and snarky. She rushes customers through ordering and sighs over the intercom. " IS THAT IT ?? WHAT ELSE?? IS THAT IT ?? * SIGH* !!! It is totally uncalled for ! Talk about making customers feel like an inconvenience when they are all just standing around . Then when you get your order it's not only cold and sloppy , it is wrong ! Of and don't ask for dipping sauce because you never get it. 2x I've been at the Ham Lake Bk in 2 weeks , and the food was fresh , piping hot and juicy !! And they were busy ! So if they can give you piping hot food when they have a line in the drive thru and a few customers in the dining area , why can't food be piping hot , fresh and juicy when your the only person in line and no one in the dining room at this BK?? I'm Only a mile away and it is convenient for me , but not worth the time , money , rudeness and drive.

I would select 0 stars if I could. This BK only took cash, had 2 employees and no masks. I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers, small fries and small onion rings for my kids. I pulled forward and waited 15 minutes. When I got the bags, I received 4 cold fries and 4 onion rings. I asked to get new fries and was told to drive around. After waiting 10 minutes, I got new fries and onion rings. The fries were too salty on purpose and the cheeseburgers were cold. I had to throw away the food except for the onion rings. A big disappointment for my kiddos. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!

My last time going to this location. Poor customer service - no "thank you", or "you're welcome" were given. The person who took my brother's order through drive-thru seemed like they didn't want to work at all, no excitement in their voice, and seemed very bothered that she had customers ordering food. Since we had a bigger order, we were told to wait as our food was being prepared. Totally understandable. When they brought our food to us, the girl basically threw the bag at my brother, and left. We checked to make sure our order was correct - which we normally do when we make a big order. When I opened the bag to check, our food seemed to have just been shoved inside carelessly. Our fries were knocked off to the side, which ended up spilling inside the bag; burgers were on top of one another as if the bag were to explode. They could have either used a bigger bag, or bagged our order into two separate bags. Not only was the food packed poorly, but they did not give us our drink. We waited an additional 5 minutes to see if they'd walk out with our drink - nope. We said screw the drink and drove home. We could have went back through the drive-thru for our drink, but I decided to be a nice customer and not nag about it, since they seem to not have wanted to come to work today. Customer service needs MAJOR improvement, along with packing food neatly. I will no longer be returning to this location.
