Starbucks

2 stars because I sympathize with the employees. I waited 26 minutes for this 3/4 full coffee. 3 people attending to a busy university location. Employees couldn’t catch a breath. Was I mad about my coffee? Definitely. But I sure as hell feel worse for them. MANAGEMENT: Get your workers help. They will burn out, quit and your customers will stop coming.

When I tell you it’s all about the foam please understand it’s what makes a coffee as well as customer service !! Maisie did it!! She made my coffee great!!! If your a Starbucks lover like I am you try to keep the gd baristas I wish I could bring her everywhere to make my drink keep that smile and great customer!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

It’s regular Starbucks coffee but two of the baristas are actually rude and lazy. I went there the other morning and asked for a large latte. He laughed and said do you mean venti? I Said yes, he had the smirk on his face the whole time and when I payed he was just standing there and sometimes looking at me with a ugly smirk. He didn’t make my coffee and the store was empty, the other girl who was cleaning the table passed by and saw my order so she made it and gave it to me nicely. Idk the name of that young tall fella guy but he should learn customers service!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are lazy and don't pay attention when taking your order. Then, when you complain or ask for a new order, the baristas are rude, hostile and act like they're doing you a favor by doing their jobs. The only reason I had gone to that Starbucks in the first place was because it is around the corner from my parents' house. My mother was dying, so I went to that Starbucks a lot. Every interaction I had with them was negative. When my mother passed away, I was grateful to never have to go there again.

I'm sure it's a one-off experience this time but I always brace for noise when I'm going to do a bit of work at a Starbucks as other customers can get quite loud when it is busy and this one is right in the heart of Boston University so plenty of students to contend with (kudos to the staff!) so it was with great disappointment that I had to suffer through the changing of the garbage bins that sounded more like the start of a war between the staff member and the metal cans. It was actually painful as I was sitting right at the window beside said garbage bins at the time.
