I love bruegger's bagels. I go often and this is by far the worst. In fact, I'm writing this in the parking lot of the chestnut hill bruegger's now because they screwed my order 3 times in a row.
The manager is a lovely little woman, she cannot control her crew.

Not the closest Bruegger's but they are convenient drive for me and they consistently produce quality bagels that I buy in bulk and freeze for use throughout the weeks. Easy to use their app for increased contactless payments. As of today (May 2020), Bruegger's is on a reduced schedule and take-out only policy.

Never fails to disappoint! Every time I come to any location, which i have went to 3 back to back, looking for a hash brown bagel they never have them made! How hard can it possibly be to not sell out of a bagel that people actually travel for?

Pretty good except the wait blows. All in, I think we expended 2.5 hours + ; definitely not worth it if you only have a a day or two in to spend in SF...

Awesome place for breakfast or a for a quick bite!
Their Bagels are delicious. I tried their siracha honey bagel, It was delcious!
Their coffee is very good a well.
Not expensive.
Great way to start or end your day.

After coming here for almost 20 years, I can say that Bruegger's Bagels is my go-to place for great bagels. The menu selection is awesome and the service is too. Highly recommend.
