The coffee is fine, but there are constantly droves of people standing right outside the store drinking their coffee instead of moving along. Management doesn't seem to care that they're partaking in bad social distancing practices right outside their store and putting customers trying to pick up their order at risk.

These guys are rippin' fast. I didnt phone in my order but even with a lot of orders ahead of me I still only had to wait a brief time. I'm officially a matcha frappuccino freak.

I’m not sure what the point of paying extra for a customized order when your drink is wrong 80% of the time. I’ll pre-order skim milk and I’ll get almond milk. I’ll ask for decaf and 1 shot, and I’ll get 3 shots instead, which means up all night. And if you ask them to make it again, you’ll most certainly get attitude or they’ll insist that that’s what you ordered. I understand that they are doing their best to get everyone’s orders in, but if you rarely get what you ordered then what’s the point?
