Very poor customer service and communication. Some menu items are great, some just full of sand that they do not admit existed. I ordered a clams pasta and a salad for takeout as a special treat for my birthday with a group of friends. The clams pasta was so full of sand and so tasteless to the point i couldn't take more than two bites. I should've called right away, but it was during on my birthday so I wanted to call the following day, when they weren't open. Left a message, no response. I finally reached them couple days later and they only gave me half off, (for a plate I barely touched), and rushed to get off the phone. All they could tell me was that the clams on the day I called was ok. I'm completely speechless. That being said, the rest of the meal for my friends was still quite awesome. Just need to pray you get the good food for takeout, because they won't bother dealing with consequences of bad food. I am very shocked and deeply offended by their customer service.
