Taco Bell

This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered online this time in hopes they would get it right. I placed my order at 5:26, asked for it to be ready at 6:15. I went to pick it up inside, no one noticed me for 5 minutes at least . A guy who was taking drive up orders was extremely disrespectful! He would cover his mic and call customers ever name in the book ! When I finally got noticed a lady asked what I was doing. I stated I had an online order, she told me it wasn't started yet so I waited. I understand being short staffed but you can clearly see what I ordered. Half or my tacos didn't have even half of the meat it should, missing all the Supreme ingredients and the quasarito only had rice and a pinch of meat. I asked for taco sauce and didn't get any.

The last few times have been sub par. A few weeks ago we ordered our food in the drive through but did not receive all of it, when my husband went in to ask for the missing items the staff there was argumentative and tried to say we never ordered the items, yet we had it on the reciept. This last time we ordered the taco party pack, as you can see in the picture (this taco was one of the better looking ones mind you) they barely put anything on the taco, and it was only meat? And cheese.....i basically had 12 shells and enough filling for 1 taco. Waste of money and didnt feed my family like it was supposed to.

One of the worst tacobells I've been to. There's been times where 3 times in a row they've forgotten items. One of those times they forgot 3 of the 6 items. Don't ever expect to have your burritos grilled either it's pretty much every other time they don't come grilled when you ask for them to be grilled. Also this is the amount of nacho cheese I was given in my $5 meal box

Walked in to order out and use the restroom, first thing walking into the building was a distasteful smell. The dining area tables were absolutely dirty and sticky. The employees behind the counter were very vulgar and seemingly proud of it. The bathroom had wet dissolved toilet paper and fluid all over the floor by the toilet in the mens bathroom and I could not even come to terms with opening back the door to get the hell out or even flushing the toilet.

Went in this morning for breakfast and all the tables were covered in food and sticky slop from last night. Changed my order to go and let the manager know the tables were filthy. She said it was really busy last night and they didn't have time to clean and that they don't have time to clean today either. Okay then, I don't have time to patronize their filthy establishment anymore either. If the front of the house is that bad I'd hate to see the back. It would take me five minutes to wipe those tables down. Avoid this place at all cost unless you enjoy food poisoning.

This is my 3rd bad experience at this Taco Bell... Cold, unsatisfying, uncooked food. Yes, it was fast, but not worth it! This time, they were open for takeout... the woman's bathroom door would not lock, and there were 2 tables that were obviously dirty with lettuce and cheese all over them. There is no point in wearing gloves if you are going to touch everything with the same pair of gloves (food, cash, till, your face). I will stop at this BRAND NEW Taco Bell only for my soda and only if I fill it myself. Other Taco Bell stores deserve to have a nice restaurant setup like this!
