Applebee's

Poor service. Party of 4 guests on a Friday at 2pm. Hardly anyone in Applebee's. My sister, who was a guest, ended up bringing food to our table. The waitress handed it off to her! Unbelievable. Then we had to get our own napkins, silverware and hunt a waitress down to get a container to go. Horrible service.

Excellent service and delicious meal. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager. I only had a few minute wait time. Normally it’s a little bit longer during the week day but not much. I didn’t have to wait long for my meal and or drink order. The back end of the house was on point as well. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp along with the mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. I normally don’t get something after dinner but this time around I went with the Apple blondie. That was delicious as well. As much as I like mom and pop places nothing beats a chain. You know for the most part the quality will be there. If you are passing by stop on in. Like I said the staff is really friendly. The sure do have make you feel welcome. It must be a South Dakota thing.

Youd think they would have a better plan during these !!!COVID-19!! timesWaited 10 minutes before we were greeted by our waiter fortunately it gave us plenty of time to choose our drinks, appetizers, and entrees, So we could order everything at once. Which thank god we did because we didnt see our waiter agian till after we where finished eating. Shortly after we received our drinks, a child and mother come running our way and he throws up right next to our table leaving a trail of vomit to the bathroom. We sat next to the mess for 15 plus minutes no one came to our table and asked if we would like to move or anything no one came to use at all. After our appetite was ruined by sitting next to puke for that long our food finally came out. We understand no one can be in control for when a kid vomits all over the floor but you can control how you clean up the situation.
